The FX, I believe, stands for flatness, while the med stands for glossy. etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., etc., Best of luck with your search!
This is a standard 23-ounce bottle.
Yes, sir, I wish you luck!
When using a Tamiya primer, it works better, and it also works better with a little thinner. I always apply at least two coats, but I find that it spreads well when I use both primer and thinner.
Selected User Reviews For Tamiya TAM81302 Acrylic XF2 Flat, White 23ml.
It was not necessary to go thinner because the coverage was excellent. Tamiya paints are excellent! I tried other flat whites like Vallejo and even Tamiya white primer (rattle can), but neither of them worked. 5 out of 5 stars, and I'll be back to buy more!.
When it comes to model painting, I almost exclusively use Tamiya acrylic paints. The majority of them spray well with an airbrush. At times, there are spit specks. White, on the other hand, never seems to work for me when it comes to spraying. I thin it in the same way that I do for other sprayable colors, but it doesn't perform as well; Spitting is almost always a part of the conversation. I've tried increasing and decreasing the air pressure, but I'm still having trouble getting good results. It doesn't coat as well as the majority of the others, in my opinion.
Because it was so thin, it was a poor brushing choice. I didn't make an attempt to spray anything. All of the other Tamils points I used for brushing were fine straight out of the bottle. This one turned out to be a flop.
This Tamiya Flat White was purchased to be mixed with some Flat Gray acrylic to create a very light gray. I ended up getting the exact paint color I wanted by combining three parts white with one part gray. After that, I mixed it with Tamiya acrylic thinner so that I could use it in an airbrush. br>br>This paint is easy to work with, lays flat, and dries beautifully. br>br>I've never used Tamiya acrylic paints before, only their spray cans, but I'm a fan and plan to use them more frequently in the future.
This is the paint I use when I'm making model cars. You must apply several coats of white paint before it is satisfactory.
Kits made of plastic. I've been using Tamiya paints for at least 20 years and they're fantastic.
