Response time was very quick. It's not a bad video. The sound quality is also excellent.
So far, it has broken twice, and the warranty has replaced it both times. However, zmodo was slow to connect and frequently failed to send notifications. The zone features were not functioning properly. Finally, I made the decision to go with Eufy. I'm glad I took such a quick decision. Oh my goodness, this is lightning fast, and it's a lot more accurate in terms of motion and notifications, as well as overall connection. I'm very pleased with myself. It also includes a chime; my only suggestion is that the app allow users to customize Chime by allowing it to ring multiple times. It only rings once, which may be insufficient for larger homes. However, it is loud enough to be heard from a different room. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>After a few days of use, I'm downgrading it to a 3 because it fails to deliver my Amazon packages. I set it to all of the options under starting, and it either generates a lot of unnecessary notifications, such as tree branches moving in the wind, or it fails to detect human movement. Only humans are missed if I set the filter to human only. I get a lot of notifications if I set the settings to be more sensitive. br>I am hopeful that they will be able to improve their software. br>Recent changes: br>The customer service is outstanding. They contacted me right away and offered some advanced options for me to experiment with. It's a lot easier to use now.

Great product that isn't trying to charge you on a monthly basis for a doorbell. br>Can you think of anything better?.
I didn't want to pay a monthly subscription, and I had a positive experience with the Eufy Camera Floodlight, so I decided to add it to my smart home. I was impressed with the build quality; the camera feels solid, and installation was simple; however, the only reason I couldn't give it five stars is because:
- I wish the screws were longer; when using the wedge angle plate, the screws barely penetrate the wall, making the installation feel insecure.
- The plate that goes against the wall is a little narrow, and even when perfectly centering the camera, the hole left by the original door bell is visible. If this plate were just a little bigger, say another 1/4", it would help hide the previous hole. br>br>Overall, I'm pleased with the camera, particularly since it uses the same app as the Eaufy flood lights.
This doorbell has good customer service and I like it for the most part. It has a good resolution and is responsive, but it does not record or playback two-way conversations. The doorbell's speaker is fine and allows for good conversation. However, when you play back the video recording, all you hear is the outside voice, and when you contact support, they finally tell you that the software does not support the recorded two-way conversation.
Previously, I had a ring installed. On the app, it only worked half of the time, and playback required a subscription. Eufy, on the other hand, is not one of them. It works great, and I like how it can also take a still picture. I only have the plug-in chime, not the one that requires a router connection. because you'll be limited in where you can put the base; instead, just plug in the chime wherever you want.
To be honest, paying a monthly fee for a doorbell is the last thing on my mind! I've been using this for a few days now and I think it's a great product, especially for the price, and the sleek design goes well with my home and gives it a modern feel. It came with an angle plate, but I didn't use it because I didn't need it. br>The doorbell recognizes people very quickly and sends me an alert with a photo preview (which is very useful for false alarms). So far, I've been extremely pleased.
