Yes, the pack is number-coded. I only ordered one pack, but the number code indicates which key set it uses. I'd send a message to the seller, requesting four sets of the same key code.
Hello. Unfortunately, you can't order this lock with a specific key code from Amazon.
Corrosion is most likely the cause. If you use these locks outside, they will corrode and need to be lubricated every couple of weeks.br>You could use WD-40 to lubricate them. If you're lucky, you'll get to 40. If you can find a can of Houdini Lock Lube (which is what Locksmiths use), it should loosen the lock. I would, however, continue to do so on a regular basis. It's something you should try with all of your non-electronic Key Locks.

These were purchased on day two. It's now 2020, and it's been three years. 2020 br>br>Within a few days of installing these on my cargo trailer, they rusted. These are described as indoor-use only. br>br>I believe the most important thing people look for in a review is whether they should buy or not buy an item. br>br>I believe the most important thing people look for in a review is whether they should buy or not buy an item. br>br>If they get wet, they rust. br>br>I believe the most important thing people look for in a review is whether they I would not purchase this item again, and I strongly advise you not to do so as well.
For different packs, the keys are all the same. I bought two four-lock packs. Package 1's key is also valid for Package 2. I needed two sets for two different managers, each with their own key, so having the same key work in both sets defeats the purpose of purchasing them. It was disappointing. The locks, on the other hand, are extremely attractive and well-crafted. We'll keep them and deal with it, but if you're buying two sets to have two different keys, this isn't the set you're looking for. The value is there, but there's a major flaw.
When my neighbors came to my aid, they locked my power chairs and other belongings in the yard, but when I returned home, I discovered that the lock could not be locked even with the key. br>I am extremely dissatisfied with the product, but I am also paralyzed and unable to comply with return policies at this time.
I believe I made a mistake when I bought this item. The fact that there were four locks but only two keys was a major point of contention for me. When I contacted Master Lock, they told me that if I wanted more keys, I would have to find a local vendor to make them. They wouldn't sell them to me directly. br>br>If I didn't want to deal with the attitude and inflated prices at the nearest (Nothing is really close) Hardware Store, I would have just bought it from those guys, who provide piss poor service, or as I told the guy on the phone, "Limp. " He had to think for a second before he realized what I was saying. The other reviews are as follows: br>br> "Everything is in the same key" "Rusting and stuck. " Master Lock was once synonymous with quality. Not this. br>br>Four out of five stars for AMAZON's speedy delivery. The manufacturer's customer service and the POS product both receive one star.
They wouldn't force you to drive and wait for two more keys if you were paying $35 for four locks. WRONG. br>br>After purchasing this 4-piece lock set, you'll discover that Masterlock was far too cheap to include a single key for each lock - They will compel you to obtain your own set of keys. br>br>How much do they intend to save? Maybe 45 cents? Those two keys will set you back $6 after tax, plus gas, mileage, and your time. br>br>Perhaps you should invest in a lock that comes with everything?.
I know these locks are good because I used to have them and a locksmith could barely cut through them when I was locked inside my gate. I've discovered a couple of issues with them. For starters, they can be sticky when you try to use the keys on them, and sometimes you can't even use the keys on them at all, so you have to keep trying. Another issue is that the keys they send occasionally do not work. In terms of the lock itself, I would recommend it as long as you are careful with your keys.
I purchased the four-pack and was attempting to remove the locks from the package when I discovered that when unlocking the locks, the keys became stuck and were extremely difficult to remove. I had to fiddle with the key for a long time before it came out; I assumed it was a defective lock, but they all have the same issue. I have to fiddle with the key to get the perfect angle for the key to come out, which is extremely inconvenient, especially since I purchased a four-pack for a reasonable price. Also, the chest I wanted to use the locks on didn't have a big enough hole for the lock, and the lock wouldn't fit on my chest because the metal was too thick.
Make sure the item/device/whatever you're securing has a DIAMETER. That had never occurred to me! Because of the u-turn, I had to return these excellent locks. I would have kept the locks if the shaped part (I'm not sure what it's called) wasn't too wide; otherwise, they were strong, sturdy, and would have provided excellent security. I'm hoping to find something that appears to be just as durable for the window bars' smaller diameter.
