The only thing that matters is temperature.
Sadly, this valve isn't going to work the way you want it to. It is necessary to control both water volume and temperature with the Delta T17038 (or equivalent). Only the trim kit is included with this model Besides the Delta valve, you will also need the multichoice Delta There is another faucet you questioned that I have utilized and it is equally fantastic Although I like the ability to control volume and temperature, I also like the ability to mute. Wishing you the best of luck with your project you will love these valves and trims
That seems to be the case. Unfortunately, the first answer to that question was no. Here is what I saw in the The plaster ground is intended to serve as an installation and alignment guide on the valve supplied by Moen.

There was a much larger order in which this item was included. I had no problems with all the other bathroom accessories, but this one was defective and my contractor wasn't Because of the contractor's work schedule, I had to purchase this piece again within two to three months of ordering it. Since I ordered it two to three months before the project started, the return period was over. This is not good news for me.
It's hard to know My order of Moen from Amazon arrived, and it appears the box was used, returned, and sold back to me at full price. The box looks stepped on, and ripped on one side. The valve is covered in scratches, and the packing material has been rubbed away. This white plastic placeholder was just loose in the box, the black plate was missing one screw, and one screw held on the black plate was missing. Moen or Amazon have disappointed me to what extent is unclear to me. These things are happening more often than ever before. The fact that I cannot reorder has left me so stressed and upset. I will be there from 8 to 9 tomorrow morning to do the plumbing I woke up at 0030.
The pipe was copper to PEX, and I got the piping centered perfectly. This is a dramatic difference between temperature control and climate control! (Besides the leaking) I had some other issues with the original delta ball. Since the temperature was not consistent, I had to use a different style of valve. I have now set the temperature in my shower so that it stays that way. It is so easy and accurate to use the Moen shower lever that I also bought one. After upgrading my entire master bathroom to Moen products (their brushed nickel series is beautiful and well constructed), I upgraded my entire master bathroom to Moen products. The valve is highly recommended, however. On YouTube you'll find videos of this exact valve installation, but if you have little or no plumbing experience, you may be better off spending $150 or so on PEX tools, pipe, and fittings rather than $450 or more for a plumber to do it.
Despite being only 5 months old, it is now leaking from the shower head (the cartridge does not close properly). This could have been caused by something the plumber did to the cartridge when he installed it. It is imperative to conduct an investigation. This shower set is mated to the Moen T2472EPBN - As far as I am concerned, the handle may put too much pressure on the cartridge stem and possibly damage it over time. The entire set seems a bit bulky and odd to me. It doesn't seem to be sturdy at all. The bathroom was redone after an older Moen lasted 23 years with no issues. It was replaced because it had no issues. There seems to be a problem with most products right from the factory nowadays. This is true unless it was damaged during installation, as described. It has, however, worked perfectly for more than two.
There will only be a temporary solution. to only have full power on and full power off at the same time? The temperature is the only thing controlled. The only way I could confirm this was to contact tech support. Changing the volume of the water in your shower as well as the temperature is the easiest way to do it. Another unit to look at.
A little tight on space in the toilet because it's an old house. It looks small compared to some other valves, so I bought it. I think the price is a bit high for a simple valve, but the price is basically the same on the moen website. My expectation was that Amazon would have a lower price. I assembled it by hand and it appears that if this valve is backed up to the ends of the studs, and using a moen repair plate (3/4") deep, I should be able to use it in a 5 x 5 x 2. 5") with some dull stainless inside tube visible. The assembly isn't destroyed enough for it to ruin the whole thing.
I assumed this was a brand new, unopened shower/tub valve when I ordered it. The outside of the box was rough, and inside we found that the valve had been partially assembled, was missing pieces, and appeared to have been removed and reinstalled. There were dog ear marks on instructions. It is at least possible to tell if a box has been opened at the big box stores.
The shower was made a little bigger and the new faucet was installed. I replaced the opening with a glass cover that is longer and wider. You've done a great job!.
