This is a quality product. The original Delta unit I purchased was too short for our Jacuzzi soaker tub when I purchased it, so I had to replace it. I realize this part is expensive when you already spent a lot on the installation. As the tub just came out of the installation, the Delta unit in the pictures is dirty. As soon as I wipe it down with some olive oil, I should be able to deal with the fingerprints on the new unit. Installing the software is very simple. Spout is designed to slide over the copper tubing sticking out of the wall, which is 1/2" in diameter. tighten down the screw with an allen wrench and you're good to go. We are very happy with our.
