It is an excellent piece to purchase if you need an extra 1/4 inch or so behind the tub's water spout. Installing the hose was very easy, and you can find the oil rubbed bronze finish matching perfectly with the spout I bought from the same retailer. While the extra length of this piece is not necessary because your spout can mount without it, it adds a bit of flair to otherwise mundane tub fixtures that helps the spout look even better when paired with certain other pieces, or unless you prefer a.
Reviewing products is not something I usually do, but this one is worth mentioning. When I was renovating a kitchen, I encountered some problems with a pot filler. There was a big gap created when a piece of tile cracked during installation. It looked terrible when I tried to cover it up with grout and caulk. I bought my tub spout from Amazon as well as this one, and it fits perfectly. It went perfectly with a different brand. Adding a touch of class to your fixtures definitely adds to their appeal.
Despite the large size of the tub ring, it Although i would have given it 5 stars, the matte black design did not come in the oil rubbed bronze color. Since the tub spout was matte black, all I had to do was spray paint it. With that being said, I highly recommend this.
Added a bit of style to my Moen Caldwell Mediterranean tub faucet. It has no foam padding, which would have been nice, so four stars for the metal piece.
A trim like this filled the small space between the tub and the faucet. In this way it's given a beautiful finish and is turned from a minus into a plus.
