There are many ways to install it. In the end, I used threaded steel pipe, which screwed right into the wall and held it firmly in place.
It's a fact that everyone has their own version of Oil Rubbed Bronze, and Kingston Brass is no exception. Thanks to a bit of darkening near the spout, it does not stand out very much. While I have installed quite a few spouts in the past, this one leaks when closed so that it can be used as a shower head. Leaks don't happen around the 'dam' part, but into the body itself.
Installation was easy, and I was impressed. It looks more like brushed chrome than brush nickel, although I ordered it in brush nickel.
This shade is almost exactly the same as the one we replace our Delta spout with. This unit is easy to install, just make sure the length of the pipe is what you need coming out of the wall, otherwise be prepared to use a spacer (I used the Delta from the old unit) or thread a new pipe into the wall to the desired.
In the absence of much to say, I will not. The one from this store has a more decorative look than the one from a big box store. There's no need to worry. In most cases, installation is quite simple if you know what you are The process of replacing water spots can be difficult at times, as you may encounter obstacles that are dependent on the age of the house, the type of pipes, or the inlet location on the wall.
This is a nice program. I would recommend it.
The update for June 2021 is as follows There is a broken knob on the diverter. Only one year of warranty is provided on this product. The 2nd one is being ordered because I was satisfied with the first, and it worked (until it stopped). The price is reasonable. So far so good. Original review
So far so good. We were able to complete the installation without any problems. It needs either a half or a quarter The length of the pipe from the wall is 1 inch. A fourth option is possible. It is 5 inches long. There are no leaks in the diverter on the first day, and the finish looks great. Construction is of good quality at a good deal.
The installation process is easy. The new builder spout is a nice upgrade.
