It seems to have been installed a long time ago and is difficult to determine from taping The chrome exterior coating on this one is flawless. It's the second one that I have owned. The first part to be replaced after a diverted plastic broke.
I'm here! You have a great question. Thank you for engaging with me. Delta RP5834 tub spout assemblies can either be sweated onto a 1/2" Cooper pipe or threaded on a 1/2" Iron pipe. They are available in black or chrome.
I'm here! You have a great question. Thank you for engaging with me. A copper pipe between two and four inches in diameter is needed from the finished wall to install Delta RP5934 diverter tub spout. The adapter should not be brazed on if the external O-rings are not removed You should first ring the brass and let it cool before re-ringing Getting O-up and running It ringed. You may cut off the tubing just beyond or flush with the end of the adapter if desired. Angling the threaded end of the adapter between 1/4" and 1/2" in from the finished wall will prevent wood rot. I hope all is well with you, Rosanna
You have a great question! Thank you so much! You will need a pipe of at least 3 1/2 inches in length for this tub spout. To use it, you will need an adapter. I would like to extend my best regards to you. Thermodynamics of the world's atmosphere

I searched everywhere and could not find one! It is impossible for anyone to remember to take a picture of the most important part. I love the part where you connect! Here is some information that I hope will be helpful.
This shower diverter matched perfectly with my tub spout that had a bad It even has the same sticker on the bottom as Masco 32192, so it is exactly the same part as Masco 32192.
It has been years since I thought I had a strange medical condition The plumbing system in most houses is standard. The one I used to own was probably about 30 years old. It was old, worn out, and probably not worth fixing. Any hardware store that I went to search for universal replacements or this item in any hardware store did not have it, nor could I find it As it turns out, there is a threaded brass piece (a new one comes with this unit) that screws on the pipe plumbing. The bathtub spout remained in place when I removed the old one. There is no way for it to move. There is no other brand that will ever fit this fitting because I didn't realize it was a removable one. The new unit is a direct replacement for my old delta unit and is exactly what I was looking for when I discovered it on Amazon. ) made of brass inserts. The screw was easy to install. The plastic is durable, but it holds up as well as expected. It should be okay to use it as long as you don't use abrasives.
On my home, it is identical to the one shown here. I have a Delta rub spout that was installed in the late 1980s. In the old one, I unscrewed it to be sure I understood what I was getting into, but the photo on Amazon includes information about the item that is for sale that is missing. There is a brass fitting at the end of the spout if you have a Delta faucet setup. When you have the brass screw-on piece, this would be the right item for you. A spout comes with it.
You need to replace this part in 5 minutes if you have the setup you want. Use some Teflon tape to remove the old brass fitting as well as your pliers. To clean the o-ring, I applied a little silicone grease When installing, there will be a ring. I didn't have any issues and the faucet didn't squeak or leak while I was Plastic was used for the old faucet as well, so those complaining about metal vs plastic must not have known that in the 1980s there was no difference. My only complaint about the tub is that they still have the covers, so I can clean it up.
As far as the auxiliary screw is concerned, this Delta faucet is different from most others The screw is not a common 1/2" thread. Based on the type of web site. The rating is 1 out of 5 There's a white plastic adapter inside the 11/4" thread that fits the 1-inch hole It fits my old one perfectly. Fortunately, it fits the 1/14" adapter mounted on the pipe. Exactly the same as the original. The locations of these aren't easily accessible. Amazon, thanks for your service.
A big thank you goes to Sarah for posting this The one you were looking for. An alternative photo can be found here.
The program works great without a single complaint. A few of these cost between $10 and $15 The cost is $15 cheaper than at any big box store. Lowe's man where I can get a stainless steel sink with pull up diverter for a lower price than you. He said Amazon had a larger selection and price. After searching for a few minutes, this appeared. It differs only by the fact that it is not made with metal like those sold by Lowe's and Home Depot. I have to change these every nine to fourteen months because we have really bad water. I have molded plastics, but that doesn't affect how well they work. There is a cheaper option on Amazon thanks to this product. There is a problem with those universal spouts, because they cannot be used with the Delta brass nut that comes with this faucet.
The delta part you need to replace the tub spout in your shower if you currently have Delta hardware. The universal kit is not going to work with Delta parts, you have to use the Delta part itself. This kit seems much more sturdy than the universal kits anyways.
