Your handle fit pfister will need to be searched for, you will need to do so via Google. I succeeded in finding the right one by doing that.
Before you put the handle on, you need an adapter to fit over the male end. Use the allen screw to tighten the handle onto the adapter after you secure the adapter with the screw.

Here are a few I thought would be relevant. They tend to become corroded on the inside, and until I tried to remove them to replace the valve, I had no idea how bad it was.
