However, they weren't snug enough to snap in. They were the same size as the ones I replaced. An eyeglass nose pad, designed for the nose area of eyeglasses, was applied to the frame to tighten the fit. Luckily, the buttons now fit, and I am quite pleased with the end.
Although one of our rental apartments is just for a short-term stay, the prices remained affordable so we could afford to buy them. Making the faucet look like brand new is absolutely gorgeous when you remove and scrub the knobs.
The items are still available, so I am happy about that. It was a yucky sight when the H and C labels appeared on our old home. Exactly what we were looking for and they fit our delta faucet perfectly. I don't see any problem. The ugly faucet looks as good as new.
Those genuine Delta parts I received were in a package branded Delta. The faucets in my old house were made by Delta when it was built more than 30 years ago. I have an older Delta Faucet and I needed to add some gummy "stick'em" to get these to I really like how they look and they are good for the area we used them in.
Apparently, the kitchen sink was left by an out-of-the-house tenant with a cracked "H" in place of the "C. ". It seemed I would have to buy a new faucet before I found these on Amazon. They weren't available in my area and I thought I would have to buy them. I really liked the way they fit and look.
