I don't know. As the valve stem (along with the keyhole in the knob) has a circular shape on three sides and is flat on the fourth, you would get the impression that the square shape of the stem would fit inside the circular sides and the flat portion would match up with the circular sides. I do not have any luck with anything less than a perfect fit with these parts because they are manufactured with extremely tight tolerances. I wish you the best of

They appeared not to have been cleaned or removed by the previous owners. There are no red dots on the buttons, but I still received the wrong handles! Because polished brass isn't popular, these are almost impossible to find, so I'll have to use the plastic ones.
