It is not clear how a tool rated at 4 amps, 120v, can be rated at 15 amps. What's the difference between 0 and 20 horsepower? That's only 1 of them. A 8 kw energy system or a 2 kw energy system. The motor has 4 horsepower. I'm missing something, what's going on? Is it possible to run it on 220 volts?

It's a trick they call Max HP, and by its nature it's based on the surge current that's high when you turn on your saw for the first time. That current is too high for a continuous operation or your breaker will trip.

It was not clear from the advertisement what the company was up to
5/5

A power tool can be elegant, but I rarely use that term. I had an old Unisaw that was nice, but it had plenty of With this Bosch table saw you will get all you need from a table saw. This is a truly elegant design. A smooth running program. It is quiet. There is almost no vibration. It's the advertising that gets to me. The details that made me feel happy with my purchase came as a complete surprise. They were not mentioned in the advertising. There are always a lot of spare parts for table saws to store, and storing them is always a hassle. Throughout this unit, there are built-in storage spaces for anything and Interestingly, the rip fence comes with a work piece for making thin cuts, which is not listed in the ad. As a bonus, I received a blade wrench, a spot to store spare blades, and a pre-installed blade This grinder has a blade locator in case you need to make critical cuts. The power cord storage area makes folding and storing the machine When I first saw the table surface I thought there had been grease on it, but that was not the case. By using teflon-like coating on the blade, you can easily rip sticky lumber, pressure treated, green pine, and other hard-to feed lumber. In order to make this tool more appealing to users, Bosch should and could improve its marketing. It was a pleasure to buy from you.

This saw is good for portable use
5/5

One of these has been in my possession The Powermatic model 66 saw I had been using for so long has been sold. Although I loved the saw, it was certainly not portable with a weight approaching 500 pounds and an opening that extended 72 inches from blade to rip fence and served as a router table as well. In the process of letting go of that tool, I realized I needed a portable table saw to do the job. As I weighed my options, I looked at all of them. The saw I chose was this one. Although I used it infrequently at home, I used it on a regular basis on a job site. It worked exactly as it should and never gave me any issues. I kept it in my driveway next to the trailer in the driveway 250 ft from the street for the night after I retired, as I was doing some work on my fifth wheel's bathroom. I did notice that the next morning it had disappeared. As a matter of fact, I was getting tired of my inflatable tires always not working. A good thing about the new saw is that it does not have inflatable tires. With the exception of the inflatable tires, it is just like the old saw. Like the last saw, this one performed well as My previous uses have included cutting thin aluminum and plastic, as well as wood and vinyl flooring. It's not happened to me that my bearings have blown up as others have. Though I think the saw is good, I don't like the excessive use of composite and aluminum, as well as plastic. I do understand the limitations of portable saws. This is a much better saw than my Powermatic, but I sure miss my Powermatic a lot. While the fence and miter gauge aren't the best you can expect on a portable saw, they are adequate. In the end, it is a portable saw and not a massive cast iron saw like others. Whenever I need a new tool for a job, I always get the best tool for the job at hand. I have had great tools and this portable saw is no exception. It's no Powermatic and I miss the rigidity and clear-cut precision of that tool, but this tool is a portable saw, and in that role, it provides as good a result as anything for a job site. The saw I purchased is highly recommended.

This is a great table saw
5/5

It is easy to assemble, and it moves very smoothly. My favorite thing about the vehicle is that it's so easy to drive This is no longer a concern for me in my F 150, it is a breeze to get it on and off. The Bosch is a really nice machine. I've got tools by both the DeWalt and the Bosch, and I'm very pleased with my choice.

However, it is not really a good saw
4/5

Bosch provides a high-quality product in this space, as one might expect. There is a stand portion to the unit that needs to be assembled. (I didn't include the individual labeling that identifies how the pieces fit together in mine. I am lucky in that it isn't much of a hassle. 3) The saw is heavier and harder to raise up into position than I had anticipated. The bottom line is that this is an excellent choice for a portable saw that will get the job done.

A five-star rating for the Bosch 4100XC A table saw for the workplace is a I received a free shipping and very fast delivery for this item

Each video and review of a comparative product was examined. Several vendors, including big box stores, as well as countless others before I decided to place my order on In the past, I considered the Skilsaw as an alternative, but I resisted it due to poorly reviewed alignment and calibration. I was very impressed with how well the saw and stand had been packaged by the manufacturer. It is one of the best alignments I have ever seen in a saw out of the box. I have used a table saw since 1980 and taught work safety since 1980. I've calibrated and used a table saw since 1980 with an excellent safety record. Among the features of safety These items promote swift and easy deployment by providing many features, including riving knives, anti-kickback dogs, double sided shields, and other great items. While miter gauge stops are somewhat inaccurate, I have never trusted them without checking them with a reliable machinist's square first. With the blades set at 3, the total height is Four-times dimensional material will not be ripped with a 124". Chop saws are the most common tool I use for crosscutting. A fence gauge is confusing but I have never relied on it anyway and always double check by measuring the blade to the teeth on the same side as the front and back. 3,650 rpm is not as efficient as 5,000 rpm delivered by other manufacturers, but seems sufficient The 0 HP motor delivers more torque than many other manufacturers' models, allowing it to perform at a higher capacity. It has a cleverly designed on board storage system for accessories. A crescent wrench and an Allen key were all that was needed to assemble the Gravity Rise stand/cart in 20 minutes. Here are some important points to keep in mind Take note of the components' placement in each step as you follow the sequential setup photos. It is easy to operate and collapse the stand/cart, erect it, and move it. The cart is able to pass through a 30" doorway with ease. are rare finds on the used market that hold their value well and are usually sold quickly, but despite this you will never know if the saw has been mistreated or how heavily it has been For anyone who needs a portable saw for job sites, this is a great choice. When you are doing fine woodworking, such as making furniture, a stationary cabinet model will be most helpful.

I was the envy of my colleagues when I saw that! Did you expect it to be bad since it's a Bosch? Designed to be easy to use, this saw is beautiful and easy to operate
5/5

My friend purchased an achiever saw first and then he saw mine and regrets his purchase because it's of such high quality and that it's a work of art. In fact, it's in my living room now. It takes a minute to put together but I imagine all of them take the same amount of time.
