All of this is due to the seller's lack of understanding of tool terminology. "Impact driver" is the title of the listing. The 3/8-inch "impact wrench" is mentioned in the description. " There is a difference between an impact driver and an impact wrench. An impact driver has a female 1/4" hex and an impact wrench has a square male socket anvil, such as 1/4", 3/8", 1/2", and so on. This appears to be for impact WRENCHES, not impact drivers.
No, the Milwauke M12 Fuel Surge Impact Driver will not work with this. This item is only compatible with the M12 FUEL 12-cylinder engine. To prevent damage to the tool's plastic/metal parts if it falls over while seated if the battery has a flat bottom. When using the Standard 2, use 0ah or higher to avoid damage when laying on the ground. 0ah M12 I also have the larger M18 Impact Gun and the same type of boot, but it is the correct fit for the larger model. It's well worth the money to get one for the impact driver protection.

So, when I got my new Stubby, I HAD to put a protective boot on it because I had learned from the first one that they fit TIGHT and protect well. I've also noticed that when placed on wet ground in wet weather, it protects the gun! As you can see, I took a photo of the two of them together to demonstrate how impact and wear resistant the rubber is, as the older, larger gun in the photo falls over on a daily basis because I always forget and leave it standing on the battery. Also, the Big Gun's fit is as snug today as it was when I first got it. Overall, this is a crucial upgrade for your Milwukee Impact Gun.
I appreciate how comfortable and secure this item is. It was exactly as described. Thank you.
The fit was extremely snug. I strongly advise you to purchase one in order to protect your tool. This isn't a low-cost item.
These are what I use for half of my battery-operated hand tools. They should make them for all of my tools, in my opinion. They'll get scratched up from working on the ground in the driveway at some point. At the very least, these boots are designed to protect the areas of the ground where they will be resting. It's all good. It's made of thick rubber and requires patience to properly install, but once done, it fits like a glove. or boot!.
It worked perfectly with my 1/2-inch Stubby Impact Wrench. I can see how this would keep my Stubby safe if I dropped it. It's definitely overpriced, but it's nice to know that it'll extend the life of my Stubby. It was a breeze to put this together.
It appeals to me greatly. It fits so well that it appears to be a part of the case, as if it came from the factory that way. It's light, but it's also protective, and it doesn't add any noticeable bulk or weight. The only criticism is that it could be more reasonably priced. It's made of some kind of rubber/silicone (I'm guessing), and it has to be cheap to make.
These M12 stubby boots can be difficult to come by, but I'm glad I was able to get my hands on one! The price is excellent for the amount of time it will last. br>br>Getting the boot on can be difficult for some, but that's okay because I've devised the ideal method. Make sure the belt clip is removed before sitting in the back of the boot. As you pull the front of the boot towards the anvil, make sure the sides don't scrunch up. Use a screwdriver as leverage to pull the boot over the anvil once the bottom of the front of the boot is seated on the impact face. The remainder should be self-evident!.
I purchased the M12 stubby 1/2" drive impact tool and needed the rubber protective boot, which I found for $39 at Home Depot. as well as the fact that this one was only $25. It's only $00, and it's a perfect fit! For a lower price, you can get a well-made Milwaukee product. It makes me feel wormy and tingly! I'm going to buy more! thanks!.
