The definition of "easy" is given below. If you want to use them for that purpose, they work well. The machines helped me cut some sink drain holes through some 3" to 4" thick slabs of wood, but you have to make sure you go slowly so the wood does not catch fire, and stop to vacuum the shavings when cutting pretty deeply. In general, it depends on what you are using for the drill (drill presses would be best for drilling holes), the material you are cutting through, and keeping the blade cool (by coating metal with grease, removing chips, and slowing the cutting process
No, I wouldn't recommend it. But if you have OCD like me, it is definitely worth considering. The majority of drills Milwaukee dewalt bostich makita anything less has some wobble, such as about 1/65 or Get a drill press if you don't want wobble!

The idea of receiving a used item when paying full price would have been nice to know before purchasing. The bore hole saws inside the kit have drywall dust on them, and because the drill bits are loose, the inside of the case has scratches and gauges. Everything appears to be there, but I do not have any way of knowing if there are any documents.
It is a good idea to use hole saws. The quick change adapters are convenient but I do not like the way they're welded into the bar. There is no way I can use an existing adapter and a hole saw. In addition, I cannot use the hole saws on a specialty arbor or any other arbor. It is made from 3/8" diameter steel, and there is one extension that locks on the arbor, but the other end is straight, so the extensions can't be stacked. This machine would have performed better with a larger 7/16" arbor. It is impossible to drill into one side of a wall and through the other side because the quick change arbor is significantly larger than most holes I drill.
It is possible to drill a hole inside the drill and leave a plug behind. My twist drill is unable to get the stuck plug out. I am forced to use a regular drill to remove it. This problem could be resolved significantly if a better design were adopted as other hole saws are.
This Diablo set would have saved me a few extra bucks after I had pored over hole saw sets for quite a while. Definitely worth the time! The teeth on the Diablo set cut very fast, I was using a slightly smaller Milwaukee M12 drill and was able to cut very easily through my wood project, I'm sure it would be even quicker with a larger 18V battery drill. As a result of how the saws are cut on the side, it is easy to remove the wood plug created, which is done in three It is VERY easy to sand the holes cut after they are cut because they are so clean and smooth. If possible, drill from the opposite side once the pilot bit is in place. It is a bit spring loaded, so you will have to pop off the pilot bit and the saw when changing In addition to a very nice case with a lock that locks tightly and a compartment for the pilot bit, there is also an outer compartment for the plug. There is a lot of room for extra bits to be stored in the cabinet. It's great to be here!.
My search for a decent home saw set online led me to this set a few weeks ago. Being able to take the home saw out quickly is a great benefit of the set. The cons are Due to the size of the mandrel, any hole saws beneath 5/8 inches won't pass through. Due to this, you might need to cut both sides with a hole saw in order to pass through anything wider than three inches. In addition, the drill does not appear to have an extension available, so, if your clearance does not allow your drill to be too close to the hole saw, you may want to look for another hole saw set that comes.
With the quick snap connect, it makes the tool really easy to use, as it allows you to change sizes and even reach the core of the wood or whatever you're cutting. It has a nice carrying case and it's very sharp I couldn't be happier with for the price.
This is a very good quality setup, thanks to the innovative way the chuck is set up. Depending on the location of the area that needs to be cut, the use of these saws can be challenging. It is impossible to overcome every obstacle with every tool, as are many things in life. There are no real negatives to be said.
I have no complaints about the quick connect mandrel.
