There is no customer service at all with this brand, and I don't understand this at all Do you mean there is no warranty? As a result of purchasing Neiko's 1/2 inch shallow set, you get that.
My background as a Journeyman Carpenter has made me somewhat knowledgeable about tools, and I can say with full confidence that these NEIKO impact sockets are world class. I assure you that you will not be disappointed if you decide to buy! It's well deserved! A big thumbs up to NEIKO! Definitely worthy of being one of the highlights of any serious collection of tools.
Adding the 32 mm would be helpful. They gave me two of the same socket, so I wouldn't have been able to give five stars. Therefore, that is a huge disappointment. I really needed a 32 mm to do my next project.
A replacement set for a Pittsburgh impact set that was worn out. This set is much nicer, easier to read, and seems to be For my purposes, it works quite well.
This case appears to be well made and seems to be very durable so far*n- Both a 3/8 to 1/2" adapter and smaller sizes are very convenient*n- Excellent case over all, closes and locks well*n- Solid construction, beautiful finish*n- Due to the limited number of impact wrenches I use, I cannot speak to the use of broken bars or torque wrenches. Since these are impact sockets, they may be bulkier than regular sockets (it may be difficult to install them in tight places). Furthermore, I had to glue the foam pad inside the case so that it would stay open while it was opened.
However, the labels didn't make sense to me. I am only having a problem with these because the markings do not line up at all on the insert, so I can only see the markings on about half of them when I turn them on my tray. In spite of the fact that their length makes them quite short and shallow, they are nevertheless strong.
For my first venture into 1/2" sockets, I used this tool. I have a set of old 1/4" and 3/8" drive sockets, and these seem to be well made when compared to them. The impact drivers are not being used at the moment, but since they are rated for that, I would expect them to be durable with hand tools as well. The case is beautiful, and I was impressed with how the rings pop in and out. There are clearly marked sockets and storage locations on the case so it is easy to sort them and store them correctly. the snaps are in place, you can turn the case upside down and the cards will not
(My old socket sets don't snap into their cases, so I end up with plenty of them. ) My only caution is that whatever oil was used to make them smelled a bit "off. " This is not the place to be if you're looking for a great "new tool smell".
The product is excellent, but the one negative aspect is the price. Currently the SAE 1 and 2 standards are in use Despite the fact that 1/16 inch is exactly the same as Metric 27mm, the set has both, which makes it redundant, which is a Currently, this set has 24, 27, 30, so switching it to 24, 26, 28, 30 would be better.
