CRAFTSMAN Mechanics Tool Set, SAE / Metric, 135-Piece (CMMT12024)

Until I got my truck, I only had cheap tools or hand me downs, but once I got my own truck, I decided to invest in some quality Craftsman tools were always regarded well by my father, and he was right. It's again one of those tools that I like Craftsman hand tools for, but they put in those 12 point 1/2" drive sockets again. It is not deep (not the sea). You will find that 12 point sockets tend to stop your nuts and bolts from rounding off. As a result, these larger sockets will slip because they're subjected to such high torque. The rest of the sockets are six points. It is because of this that I gave 4 instead of 5 stars. Craftsman, you must do it!.

The other reviews might have led me to make a better decision. There's nothing good about the ratchets in this kit. To tighten down six bolts, I used the 3/8 drive with no heavy torque. My toolbox is always filled with cheap tools that I wish I had purchased years ago instead of always digging through it. Considering its high quality and well packaged packaging, this is a very good set. Sears Craftsman tools have always produced the high quality tools you expect from them.
