It does not have a pole like the Tree Trimmer Pole Manual Pruner Cutter. In order to replace the original tree pruner saw that had become worn out, we bought this new one. Fitting the old pole perfectly and being easy to install, the replacement was a snap.

It is obvious that the receiver "hole" is less than one inch. Using the pole I had already is not an option. Going to Lowe's to check out what they might have that can fit the bill. Overall, it appears to be a decent unit.
Brand names can't compete with our products. Before I finally bought this pruner, I had been borrowing a number of different name brand pruners. I'm amazed at how much better it is! Because of the double pully system, large branches can be cut with little effort. the branches don't slide. The saw is the same as everyone else, except for the fact that it is razor sharp right There is no reason to be disappointed.
While the blade is sharp and easy to cut, finding a pole to go with it is a challenge. The manufacturer of the blade does not sell or manufacture a pole If you want a different model, you should buy it.
I'm going to wrap this up. You can start sawing now. There was some thinning/strengthening that could have been done with the saw blade, so we are going to have to be careful. I'm going to save a bunch of money. We are in need of a few walking sticks. The next time we look for a saw blade, maybe we'll find a better one. Sooner or later.
Not compatible with any of the extension poles I have.
Exactly what I needed. I have no problems with it. This is an excellent purchase.
Have not had a chance to use it I really like how it turned out.
