These are incredible events. I first purchased a four-pack of these to keep track of the hoses I use while camping. I've been buying a few at a time almost every time I go to the store since then. I have a gazillion of them, all different sizes, and I'm constantly amazed at how useful and versatile they are. My personal favorites are the ones with the loop on one end because twisting is so much more difficult. I've used them for a variety of purposes and they've never let me down. To show how strong these are, I included a picture of my utility trailer. When I store the trailer, I secure it with the ties in the corners to prevent it from unfolding. I use it to hang things from the ceiling, twist it around canopy legs to make lantern holders when camping, fold a longer one up to make an iPod holder/camping tv, and so on. It can literally be used for anything your imagination can think of. Purchase them, and most likely purchase two or three more packs than you believe you require.
In less than a year, it had been halved. I had been using the 12 inch for about 5 months when one of them broke in half. I'm assuming it's because of metal fatigue. My 24-inch ones haven't done anything like that yet, but I don't use them nearly as much. br>I've been blind for a year and use a cane to get around. When I don't need to use my white cane, I use the 12 inch ones to keep it collapsed. The 12 inch one had already broken in half in about 5 months, despite not being put to heavy use. At least the 12 inch ones, I wouldn't call this a long-lasting product.

They're especially helpful for holding my air hose to my Cpap machine. Every time you go somewhere, a new opportunity to use the Gear Tie presents itself. They range in size from 3" to 30" and are available in a variety of colors. More Combo Packs than any other item have been given as gifts. And I've received a slew of "Thank You" notes from those who have given me gifts. a set of recipients I've given a few examples of what I'm talking about. Some type gals as well. br>There are a lot of flimsy, low-cost knock-offs out there. There are knockoffs out there, even on Amazon, that I bought by mistake thinking they were Gear Ties, but they don't hold a candle to the Gear Tie.
I've used a variety of these ties in various sizes for a variety of purposes. I'm riding a motorized scooter, and it's difficult for me to open the door to my apartment and the door to the backyard, so I wrapped gear ties around the doorknobs and created a strong, comfortable loop that I reach for and pull to open the door from my seat. I use another to make a loop on the end of my reacher/grabber to hook over the handlebars so I always have it with me. Overall, I am very pleased with these ties and find many applications for them.
I'm a huge fan of these gear ties. I use them to secure gear on my ATVs, UTVs, and even my snowmobile. I once used a larger gear tie to secure a drive shaft in the cargo area after we had to remove it temporarily to return to camp after a U-turn. On the trail, a joint went. It was able to keep that rather large and heavy object in place. The gear ties are also holding up well on the snowmobile in extremely cold weather, and they're very easy to remove when I need to get to something quickly.
If you need to tie anything, this is a must-have. I've used a lot of extension cord reels and ties, and I've even made a tie out of simple steel wire. These items are incredible. Reusable and easily bendable. I also have a 12-inch package. br>br>I tie up to 75' 12awg cords with my 12". The 24" ties appear to be about the length of a garden hose. I don't think it'll be able to handle a 100-foot garden hose, but it might be able to handle a 50-foot hose. I haven't worn my 24's in a long time. I'm not sure if tying up garden hoses is something I want to do. The 12" is, on the other hand, fantastic.
) WHAT? ARE THEY DOING IT AGAIN WITH THE CATS? SHEESE. MY TERRORIST KITTY HAS THE ABILITY TO OPEN ANY DOOR OR CLOSET IN THIS HOUSE. MY FRONT DOOR WAS OPENED AND BROKE IN 3 YEARS AGO BY HIM (ADA HOME, PADDLE HANDLES). (THREE TIMES) AND HE HAS NEVER LEFT. SO I GOT TIRED OF TYING TWO OF THE HANDLES TOGETHER IN THE HALL WHERE MY FREEZER IS WITH A PLASTIC BAGS. SO I PURCHASED THESE THINGS IN ORDER TO TIE THEM UP. FOR THE JOB, IT WORKS EXCELLENTLY.
