In fact, yes.
While the wheel continues to function on stainless steel, it will prematurely wear out if the stainless steel has a grain or rough texture. While also removing the decals and glue residue, the wheel acts like an eraser and wears itself down. The decals on the rear of my van had been on there for more than six Everything I had tried before did not work. It's amazing how this wheel works.
The reason for not doing so is unclear to me. With no scratches on my car, it was able to easily take off a large decal from the back. It would definitely be worth a try to
That is not what I would use it for! Your wheel would be eaten up in minutes if you were driving around on concrete. There is a high probability you will be able to get Non Caustic type remover for such purposes. It is my hope that this helped.

In 20 minutes, I removed a pinstripe that ran along the entire side of my boat. On the other side of my boat, I had to use a power washer for at least two hours to accomplish the same task. The first time I used it, I was nervous about running it at full throttle on the drill (for fear of burning the gelcoat), but I was careful not to stay in one place too long and didn't encounter No one seems to have described this product as such, but I believe it is basically a pencil eraser with a strong grip. Therefore, we are going to encounter "eraser shavings" everywhere, so make sure you wear a mask and eye protection while you work. It also means that you will have to clean off the debris once you're done, and you could find a few spots that will need attention.
Oh my God! This wheel will be used as of today for a big project. I removed the vinyl decals from an old Jeep Grand Wagoneer with woodgrain decals. In this video, we're going to cut a massive amount of vinyl, but this wheel can handle it. With its extra width and staggered teeth, the wheel quickly chewed through vinyl and left the paint intact. According to the design, the wheel is the perfect tool for this application. I was able to tuck the edge around the tailgate latch, and even though I struck it, the wheel material did not damage the chrome in any way. You should carry out this process outside since it is not clean. Protect the eyes, ears, and head with dust masks and eye protection. You might as well wear a coverall if you have one. There were rubber erasers all over me from head to toe. Leaving shavings behind after doing just 2 panels isn't fun, but it is totally worth it. The smaller wheel from a different supplier worked well too, after we used a thinner one from another first. Due to its wider width, this wheel is better and faster than other wheels. My order for another one has been placed. Since the wheels grind down during the process, it will take three or four to do one of these Grand Wagoneers. The experience was well.
A recent purchase, my camper finish is pretty new, so I was concerned about this happening. Rather than remove decals with it, I used it to clean my camper, which was filled with large yellow globs of stuff, like The first time, I used Goof Off to remove the stains, but they took a long time to remove. After that, I tried the eraser wheel to remove the big chunks and Goof Off to remove the remaining stains. My friend used it on his camper and said it is just perfect for removing cracked decals on an older camper. We will be using it on an older camper where we are removing some cracked decals, but I am sure it will work great on it too. A great product that does not damage fiberglass finishes. However, I am not sure if I would use it on painted surfaces.
In short, nbsp After removing some air deflectors from my car, I purchased this tool in order to remove residual adhesive. In spite of the fact that the deflectors had been on the car for over a decade, the adhesive still held well to them. So I bought this wheel and decided to give it a try. I have tried chemicals, razor blades, etc. but they did not work well. My experience is described in a video that I uploaded to youtube.
The only instructions I saw were on YouTube and none of them applied to the product in question. After I heated up the paint to much and it bubbled up, I quickly learned how to use the product. The fault lies with me and not with the government. As I was not too sure of the best angle to hold the wheel to the surface for best results, I rounded off the outside corner after wearing it. As soon as I knocked off the top vinyl layer of the decal, I sprayed GOOGONE from a spray bottle over it, which seemed to work well. Not sure how the back side fins help unless you wear down the wheel past the solid middle part. With the glue being broken down and lubrication helping to break it down, the wheel took off the remainder much much faster. Taking the pen striping off a 21' hearse, both sides, took me less than 45 minutes. It helped to let the drill cool off from time to time as well. After a quick rinse to get rid of all the rubber dust, the car looked perfect.
This was used to remove the after market rocker stalks that I had installed on my 06 Mustang five years ago. I spent a lot of money on a heat gun, took over one hour to heat up the rear quarter panel It is made up of 9 inches. It was decided to include the razor blade scraper in the set. I came across this disc and said let's try it because it was only 17 bucks. That's why I should have noticed that first. Were all decals ripped right through. Applying for the job was a piece of cake once you figured out how much pressure to apply for. As well as the stick, the majority of the adhesive was removed. Use a micro fiber cloth to wipe away the turtle wax labels with a small amount of turtle wax remover. The end is not in any way harmful. My guess is that the label remover stripped off the wax and it was done, so I reapplied it. BUY IT AFTER YOU LEARN FROM MY EXPERIENCES.
I was delighted with the results of using this disk to remove decals. A police vehicle side decal, which was the length of the car on one side, was removed. It was on the side of a hot Florida city along a beach, but the decal was 9 years old. The heat and sun baking the decal for 9 years have probably made it harder to remove the decal from the window than usual. It removed the decal from only one side of the car with this one disk. It will probably not take me more than one disk to finish the other side, but if I need another one there is a 3 day delivery for me where I live. We used the disk only on the decal, no water and no decal remover fluid like googone. In order to get the drill to 1200 rpm, I had to use a lot of muscle and elbow grease. Neither the disk nor the instructions came with it. A drill attachment was attached to it, but not as large as a drill arbor. I was impressed with how well it worked. The clean up is messy, as it leaves a lot of mess behind. The decal pieces and dust are just a little messy, but nothing terrible will happen.
I had two After purchasing 3 of these wheels, I expected that they would be able to remove the white overspray and run. I was pleasantly surprised. It took me only 2 wheels to completely remove the overspray, and there was no damage to the underlying blue paint. A stripe on a striped shirt. It's a great product, and I'll definitely buy it again in the future.
