Questions & Answers
They should fit fiberglass extension ladders, according to my understanding. On a Werner 28-foot fiberglass extension ladder and a Louisville 24-foot extension ladder, I used them. They're a fiberglass extension ladder that works fine, though you'll need to lubricate them with spit or water to get them on because they're a little tight. They were extremely helpful to me.
A PAIR FROM CHINA WAS SENT TO ME. AS DIFFICULT AS A BIRCK. NOT FOR USE. I HAVE AN OLD TIAWAN PAIR IN MY COLLECTION. SO MUCH COMFORTABLE.
I'm not sure if they'll fit the Cuprum 405, but they'll definitely fit Louisville and Werner. They've worked for both of them.
There are two of them!

If the extension tips' fit had been tighter, this product would have received an additional star. I understand that there isn't always a one-size-fits-all solution. While they are a little big for the frame of my model ladder, they do a good job of protecting the wall.
These were a perfect fit for my 9-foot (3-section, adjustable) ladder. Of course, I have to work around the fact that the three sections are connected by a pin (which goes into a hole that isn't covered by the AC19), but that's not a problem because they prevent the slipping and scuffing that the OEM ladder ends did. I decided to order another pair for my larger extension ladder, which had a habit of doing exactly what I described. br>br>They were well-made and simple to install at the ladder's ends.
WD-40 can be sprayed on the inside. Using a rubber malllet, pound on the top posts with 40 or another lube. It's possible that the rubber pads will save your life.
We placed an order for a product that did not fit the tool it was supposed to be used with. When we contacted the company to return the product, they credited our account without asking any questions and told us to keep the product and perhaps gift it to a friend. What a thoughtful and generous gesture. Especially now, when the economy is in such a bad spot. The impact on me is indescribable. To avoid damaging the floor, I used this on an attic pull-down folding staircase. To secure it, I had to use glue and tie wraps, as well as some trimming, but it turned out perfectly.
It's a lot better than rags and duct tape at the top of the ladder. Because I haven't had them for very long, I gave them a four-star rating for durability. In addition, because I am a homeowner, I will not be using them on a daily basis. They're substantial and appear to be long-lasting. When I used them to paint from a ladder, they didn't damage my house.
The product does exactly what it says on the tin. Now comes the installation, in which the manufacturer failed to grasp a ladder and attempted to install it with the ladder fully retracted. This product was used on a Werner aluminum extension ladder that was 30 feet in length. To keep the covers from falling off the ladder while driving on top of my ladder rack, I had to cut a gap in each one and glue it in place. When using a fully retracted ladder to install this product, it will not slide all the way in. This is why I had to leave a 1/4-inch gap at the top and bottom of the ladder to allow for clearance. I'm talking about the part of the ladder that doesn't extend but serves as a guide and support for the extension section.
To protect metal panels used in the construction of a shop, use this material. When resting on metal, the ladder does not damage it, nor does it slip or slid. I've put these on all of my extension ladders because I believe they improve safety and protect surfaces from ladder damage.
