If returning the item you're considering isn't too difficult, go ahead and buy it, try it out, and if it doesn't work, return it and try another. It's inconvenient, but these items aren't readily available in hardware stores.
I don't think it's specific to any one brand; my air conditioner was a Haier; just make sure you know what diameter size you're looking for and whether it's clockwise or counterclockwise.

Decker air conditioners are portable air conditioners. I'd like to double-check that this item, which is a countermeasure, is in fact a countermeasure. Fits the Black with a clockwise thread. As stated in the title, the Decker BPACT12WT. br>br>It took a little patience to thread it on to the connectors, but once that was done, reassembling the AC unit was a breeze. Works great and lasts a lot longer than the original hose that came with the unit and was broken by my son.
I couldn't find this anywhere in a physical store, so I went to Amazon and found it, and I'm very pleased with my purchase. I received the vent hose quickly, and it fits my Delonghi portable air conditioner perfectly. A little elbow grease was required to fit the vent into the opening connected to the AC unit, but otherwise, this was an excellent purchase.
It will fit on the window side, but not the air conditioner side. Just a smidgeon too small in diameter. I had to use duct tape to keep it in place. In addition, the hose is extremely stiff, making manipulation difficult. Disconnecting from the window or air conditioner is more likely than moving or changing shape.

It's threaded in the opposite direction and works perfectly. As an added bonus, I secured the a/c end with a small piece of duct tape on the inside.
