I found this mount to be ideal for my Mr. Cool 24K heater in the garage. Using a slump, I attached it to the desk - I used the included anchors and fasteners to attach a block wall but they took a lifetime to work. I am sure they work great on wood, but I am not sure they will work on block. A quick trip to the hardware store gave me some masonry anchors and fasteners, and then the install was straightforward.
