So, I can answer your question because I recently replaced my evap cooler with air conditioning. If the measurements are correct, this cover would fit a rooftop evap cooler. However, it is made of a much lighter material than the traditional yellowish canvasish evap cooler covers, and you will replace this lighterweight cover much more frequently for the $5 you save in costs. The rooftop evap cooler is exposed to far more weather (I live in Denver, Colorado, USA) and requires a thicker cover to prevent moisture from soaking the cover and leaking into your cooler and down the ducts into your home, as well as to withstand wind gusts.
I didn't notice anything in the description that indicated otherwise. The bottom border isn't particularly eye-catching. When I put the cover on my unit, it looks really nice, clean, and appealing.
This was ordered through Amazon Prime and arrived the next day - I'm assuming they have the product in stock; I'm not sure why you're waiting for it to arrive from China.
The 27th is correct. The 30 x 30 x 32 would be required for 5d. Although there would be some extra space, I believe it would still work.

Expect it to differ slightly from the image. I do my homework before purchasing anything, and this A/C cover caught my eye. The material's quality, heaviness, and sturdiness, the neat and precise stitching (I used to sew), the air vents that keep the wind from ripping it off, and the cover's classy appearance for an outdoor cover have all impressed me. I'm also a fan of the two-pronged approach. The color effect is extremely sharp. br>br>It comes folded up and can be put on in a matter of seconds after a few minor adjustments to get it centered. And it won't look anything like the picture. The cover did not budge after being used for several months in rain, snow, wind, hail, and other inclement weather. Gravity or being wet and dry had no effect on the wrinkles in the material. As a result, expect it to be a wrinkled disaster. br>br>In addition, unless your unit's dimensions exactly match the dimensions of the cover, it will hang off the edges of your unit, similar to how a too large coat or jacket hangs on you. The cover appears to be snug and square in the photo, but that is not what you should expect. It's not a problem, just a little disappointing, so measure your air conditioner carefully and select the cover size that is closest to the dimensions of your unit. br>br>I live in a climate that experiences all four seasons, and the cover is still looking brand new after several months of fall and winter weather. I'd recommend this cover to anyone, but don't expect it to be wrinkle-free or squared up like the photos show. But I'm not one of them.
I strongly advise you to try it. I ordered the 32" because my unit is 32" square. Even with the domed trash can lid I put under it (which aids in rain and snow melt runoff), it fits perfectly and was simple to install. Fabric is more durable and attractive than the black plastic one I made and used for years before my husband threw it out. He didn't believe it was necessary to cover it. Sorry, air conditioners aren't cheap (obviously, he didn't purchase one!). As a result, I take extra precautions to ensure that it lasts as long as possible.
After doing a lot of research and weighing the pros and cons of various options, I've decided to take the plunge. While looking for the best replacement cover for our AC unit for the winter, we settled on this one. I'M EXTREMELY THANKFUL! The close dimensions to our unit, as well as the features described, were factors in our decision. When I first opened the package, I was blown away by the quality of the material (nice heavy duty canvas with solid stitching). That, plus the perfect fit, strong velcro on one side to fit around tubing from unit to house, and the earth-friendly materials tone duo- We're set for the foreseeable future with a color scheme that complements our home so well!.
Because I live near the sea, the unit must be heavily protected from sea spray (salt water). This cover was exactly what I was looking for, and I couldn't be happier. It not only fit perfectly (I followed the manufacturer's instructions and measured the unit before ordering), but it is also made of a heavy gauge material that will provide adequate protection for the unit. Of course, I've only had it for a short time, but it's a lot heavier than the cover that had been protecting the unit for the previous ten years. This is a cover that I would recommend.
When I used their size chart, the fit was perfect, and I was worried about the area where the piping and electrical exited the unit, but that was not an issue. The velcro on that corner was 1 1/2" wide and 8-foot long. 10" above the hemline at the bottom. This cover looks like it was custom made for my A/C unit, with a plastic snap buckle sewn into the bottom hem locking it securely below the bottom pipe to ensure the Velcro holds. All of the other units appear to be wrapped in a bungee cord and have an ill-fitting trash bag. Thank you for producing such a wonderful product!.
My air conditioner is slightly larger than 36 inches square, according to my measurements. I ordered the 36" cover, which fit perfectly, was not too tight, and was simple to put on. Keep an eye on your money. Before the snowfall, cover it up!.
I had my doubts about the cover's quality, but I decided to give it a shot to see if it lived up to the hype. It exceeded my expectations because the heavy-duty canvas has a vinyl liner inside. The bottom drawstring cords were a tight fit around the bottom. On both sides, there are covered breather pockets to prevent moisture from accumulating. For my 4 ton condensing unit, I ordered the 36"x 36". This cover has the appearance of being custom-made. Covering the unit with a tarp is much more difficult. It is, however, produced in China.
I bought three of these for my air conditioners, and after just one winter season, the fabric has become brittle, and the stitching on all three covers has come apart, as shown in the photos. The fabric for the two covers has become brittle and tears like tissue paper as a result of exposure to the New England winter sun. I'm going to have to get rid of these now. I should've just gone to the hardware store and bought some regular tarps.
