For my cargo, I bought a new key. I'm afraid I can't help you because I'm not the vendor.
Do you have a Sears Sport 20-inch carrier? Are you looking for a SV cargo shipper? If that's the case, according to my quick search, you'll need a Thule key 009. I don't know if it's on Amazon, but if it isn't, you should be able to find it somewhere else. Good luck with your endeavors.
I googled key replacement with the on the key and found a replacement. I can't remember the website. It arrived quickly and functioned flawlessly.
My new key arrived in less than two weeks after I placed my order.

So, I got this key, took it out, and tried to put it in the lock not once, but several times, turning it in both directions, but it wouldn't go in. I became enraged, wrote a negative review, and went on the lookout for another website that sold keys for this. I placed an order and received it just a few days ago. Surprisingly, the edges in my new key and this one looked almost identical. They were nearly identical, with the exception of a few minor differences in the cut profile and the new one's side groove being slightly wider. I tried it anyway, even though I knew it wouldn't work, and this key slid into the lock with ease. Unfortunately, it would not turn when I tried to turn it. I tried it again, curious as to why the new one slid in so smoothly while this one didn't. It miraculously slid right in with just a little more effort. When I turned the key, it immediately opened! Yay! br>br>So please accept my apologies for the recent one-star review; hopefully this one will make up for it, and as a reminder to others, give the key a chance if it doesn't work at first. It's a victory for us. br>br>We got our Cargo Roof Rack for just under $9 at a Sears that was closing down. It was a showpiece that didn't come with a key for the lock. We're down to $8 for a key and $17 for a brand new Cargo Carrier! (plus the cost of returning this new key; though I suppose I should give it another shot).
On the side of the road, there's a Suzuki SV. I drove it back to my house because it was in excellent condition. Because I didn't have a key, I had to order one. It was PERFECTLY cut! Now I'm the proud owner of a free roof rack - container for goods Love it. I couldn't be more pleased. Excellent value, excellent cut, excellent purchase! Shipping was lightning fast!.
I needed a replacement key for a 20-year-old roof rack cargo carrier that had misplaced the original. The original manufacturer is no longer in business, so I had my doubts that the key would work, but to my surprise, it did. It was going to cost $75 to have it opened by a lock smith! Simply provide the code engraved on the lock, and they will provide excellent service.
It's the right size for my vintage Sears X-Large X-Large X- Box for cargo! I found an old Sears X-ray machine on the side of the road. A local vendor sold me a cargo box. The cargo box was unlocked, but there were no keys included. I was ecstatic when I discovered these on Amazon. The number etched into the existing locks led me to order two keys. The keys were delivered promptly. They have a high quality feel to them and appear to be much nicer in person than the stock photo the seller has for this item. The keys work perfectly after I lubricated the locks according to the instructions. I was blown away.
At a yard sale, I paid $10 for a roof carrier. It was a Sears Xcargo, to be precise. Because he had misplaced the keys, the owner was slinging it. I did some research on the company, sent in the lock number, and the keys they provided worked perfectly. I received $115 for my efforts. For ten dollars and the price of a set of keys, you can get a roof carrier.
We both realized we mistook each other for the person who had taken the key to the roof box. (It had been loaded the day before) oops! So, after doing some research on how to open without a key, we discovered that if you know the lick number, you can order a key. Yahoo! Then there's Amazon, which you can always count on. After $7, a key is ordered and scheduled to arrive two days after we arrive at her college. Everything went smoothly!.
They include a note to put a little wd- in the package. Before you use the new key, put 40 in the keyhole first. I didn't do that first on my auction-purchased roof rack to see if it would work, and the key didn't. I threw in a dash of wd- It worked perfectly at the age of 40.
The key didn't work at first, but after reading other reviews, I realized I needed to sand down all of the edges with sandpaper or steelwool. Then, once you've inserted the key, keep jiggling it and moving it back and forth a little until it turns. It took some time to get it to work, but it did. I was relieved because we had misplaced our spare luggage carrier key and were in desperate need of a replacement.
