In order to get my refund, we contacted the company because the bicycle broke after only four rides, I contacted the company after receiving my bike later than expected, we started having problems with the bicycle one hour into my ride. Their suggestions didn't work, so they let us know what we could do. The company said it will only refund 40% of our money when we asked again for a full refund. a disappointment. The bike broke after just a few rides and we now have a bike that does not work and only get 40 percent of what we paid for it.
It was clear to me prior to buying this bike that it would be a project bike. The frame was the most important part. As you can see, the frame is very strong and the grain is very fine. In fact, I was a little concerned, since the frame folds in half and I expected some flex or rattle, but it has been great so far. I needed to replace the seat, post, and handlebars first, so after that I worked on the frame. So I got a 27 instead of a 28. My height means that the included seat post is too short for my height. I could have gone for a 5" or 29" bike instead of this 26", but I wanted the smaller one. I am 5' 9" 160 lbs, so the included seat post is too short for me. It was inevitable that I would need a new seat post since the seat adjustment system that came with the bike is a mess. There is no way to stop the seat from moving, no matter how tight you tighten it. That old seat post worked much better, but I am grateful for the integrated system that came with it. It comes with a comfortable seat which is too wide for active mountain biking. However, it is fine for casual trail riding as well. Having found the handlebars to be too narrow for my riding comfort, I replaced them with a wider option. The disk brakes, along with the gears, appear to be functioning well, but I did have to adjust them As you would with any new bike, it needs to be serviced, as should be done with any new bike. The splash guards for the front and back wheels are cheap, crooked plastic pieces of garbage, that I removed and discarded. The wheels are OK, but quite After I received mine, the decal stickers were chipped from shipping, so I had to take them off. I do not find that the front fork suspension is adjustable, and it is not stiff enough for me Jumps and hops cause the bottom of the box to come out. There is enough suspension on the fork for basic trail rides, but anything beyond that will require the rear suspension. Although the rear suspension is OK, adjusting it too soft can make it very noisy. I also want to mention that the bike is a little heavy, but not that bad at a little over br />In general, the bike uses a lot of cheap parts and components. What do you expect, after all, when you're paying this price? After those minimum upgrades, I am very satisfied with my purchase after these minimum upgrades, with more to come in the future. In general, the frame is solid, which is perfect for creating a custom folding bike with full suspension.
Before it failed catastrophically after only two rides, I only had the opportunity to ride it twice. At the same time, the gooseneck on the bike also broke off, tumbling me to the ground and causing me to bruise my ribs that were on the ground. This is a piece of garbage I do not recommend.
really wanted to keep this bike. It looks very nice, but some of its features made me have to return it. *1) The handle bars would be all the way tightened. As soon as you tried to ride the bike, you encountered problems with the internal pieces slipping and your handlebars No matter how tight they were, they wouldn't stay done. There are two things wrong with it 1) The fenders/mud flaps are made of flimsy plastic, and one of them was There is no hint of even the slightest turn not to cause my feet to hit the tires from the pictures. 3) The tires are too large for the frame size. 3) Just going over a curb would cause the shock on the frame to bottom out. The weight of my body is only 185 pounds. There was a problem with the order and I I received a full refund from the seller who paid for my shipping and compensated me for shipping.
The bike looks great but the disc brake assembly is not working. It seems as if the rear disc is constantly scratching the pads. There is a real problem on the front one There is a bend in the brake assembly to the extent that the disc brushes Another part that appears to be broken is the shock absorber. Do you know of any good sellers or where to find them? Is there a possibility of getting replacement parts from them?.
An emergency backup lock is included in the quick release folding lock with this bike. It has a quick release front tire, quick release seat height adjustment and quick release folding As of now, my grandson in 58" size rides the bike, but a rider over 72" shall not be denied access to the bike. This is a sturdy product, and I have heard several comments from children about it being cool. It was necessary to adjust the front and back detailers before I could use the full range of gear. As soon as I found the derailer manufacturer's website, I could locate the instructions online. But 15 minutes later, we were riding the trail. Again, I would purchase this bike if I needed a new one.
I received a quality product on time, without a single With a weight of 37 pounds, this person is fairly light. Despite the lack of sidewalks and shoulders, bicycles' strength makes them well suited to large urban infrastructure with buckled roads and potholes. You can fold or not fold mass transportation buses, trains, and elevated trains. I can recommend this purchase without any reservation.
