Yes, light jacket; I once stuffed an unlined jacket and unlined rain pants into one bag; it took some careful folding, but it worked.
I believe that Osprey offers a lifetime warranty on all of their products. That's why we have a total of six Osprey packs, ranging from belt packs to hydration packs.
I have a 3 liter osprey from another pack that will fit in the katari 7.
Yes, you can clean and dry your bladder by removing it.

The primary reason for this is that the bladder's quick disconnect was missing. All product images of this specific bladder show it with the quick disconnect, which is very useful when you're taking it out to dry it after a ride, but the storage and build quality were also inferior to the Lobo.
I needed a hydration pack for a charity mountain climbing event, so I bought this one because it was small and light but still had enough pockets for snacks, a first aid kit, a sports towel, phones, and other essentials. I now use it for recreational hiking instead of carrying water bottles all the time.
br>I also don't like the velcro closure at the top of the pack because it's not clear why it's there. br>The use of a belt clip to secure hydration is inconvenient for quick release. Should have a slot in the plastic slider so that the hydration bladder can be released without having to open and close the clip. br>good weight, storage space, and carrying capacity for water.
), and I despise broad, bulky bags with extra space that I might be tempted to fill. (My go- Osprey's Raptor 14, which I adore, is the perfect "big" bag for long dayhikes. ) But for a quick afternoon hike or a trip to the park with my dog, I was constantly balancing large enough pockets for the essentials vs. bags that were a bit excessive. This is the ideal balance of price and quality. The arrangement of the pockets in this small bag is what makes it work. The main large pocket has plenty of room for my small medkit (which is about 4" thick), as well as some oddly shaped dog toys or even a balled-up laptop. (In comparison to the old, similarly sized Viper 9, where the capacity was so divided that a single bulky item couldn't fit anywhere), The hidden pocket at the top is great for valuables I won't need on trail (wallet, keys), and the side pockets are something I wish Osprey would reinstate in all of their small packs for accessibility. Because it has so much versatility in such a small package, I can carry everything I need while hardly noticing the bag on my back! br>br>I almost never write reviews, but this is such a unique bag design that fits my needs in this niche perfectly. I hope that my review inspires others to give it a try, and that Osprey continues to make bags like this!.
With plenty of room to spare, 3 hour mountain biking rides are possible. 1 star because it appeared to be used when it arrived. Mountain biking will be a breeze with this pack. The one-star deduction is due to the fact that the package arrived in a used state. The tags had been ripped off. re- There were some stains/splotches on a few areas (see photo), and it was attached with haphazard string. I bought it from Amazon as the seller, so I'm not sure if it was a joint venture. mingled from a different seller, or if Amazon is combining returns. Anyway, I decided to keep it because I had a ride coming up, and the mud/dirt splotches on the fabric would soon be covered by mud/dirt. br>br>Now for the actual pack: This is fantastic! After two rides, I can attest to its comfort, functionality, and ease of access to pockets. The shoulder blades and the chest The waist straps are easily adjustable and comfortable for a 3-year-old. This is an excellent size for temperate climates - it lasts 5 hours. There's enough room for a lot of snacks (I brought three bars, a CO2 pack, and a multitool the last time I went, but I could easily triple that). The elastic side pockets are also great for storing trash, partially-used items, and other miscellaneous items. The hidden inside top pocket seemed awkward at first, but after one use, I'm convinced it's the perfect spot for my phone/wallet. Because I need a lot of water and only have room for one bottle cage on my bike, I plan to use this pack for all rides lasting two hours or longer. br>br>The pack's only drawback is: I wish the hydration tube could be quickly detached, as threading the bite-valve through the shoulder harness to clean or refill it is difficult.
It turned out to be a little bigger than I had anticipated, but that just adds to its versatility. Osprey packs are the best because they are tough and can withstand the abuse of a Spartan Beast. I speak from 30 years of four-season hiking, backpacking, and wilderness adventures, and I've used a variety of packs. The comfort, durability, and features of Osprey are unrivaled.
Because it's an Osprey, it's important to be comfortable. I thought I'd love the magnetic mouthpiece connection on the chest strap, but it's a pain to reconnect while riding trails. I simply toss it at it and see what happens. I am approximately ten years old. right now attempting to improve. However, don't let the dangling mouthpiece put you off; this is an excellent pack.
I ordered the Osprey Kitsuma 3 Women's Bike Hydration Pack and the Osprey Katari 7 Men's Bike Hydration Pack from Amazon, but neither of them included the blinker light attachment that was advertised.
