There is no excuse for Amazon to label this as an "Amazon's Choice"
3/5

The thing I really hate is writing a bad review. As a business owner, I appreciate when people want to rant about nonsense so they can get their This is not what I am here for. The reason I am here is so that others do not have to experience what I did. It is almost always my habit to read product reviews before I make a purchase, but on this occasion I didn't due to the "Amazon's Choice" label that was It can't possibly go wrong, so I decided to do it. As for pricing, I do not understand it, and I take full responsibility for that, if I had known the price would lead me to say "you get what you pay for," I would have bought a nicer bike, but at some point I'm going to have to upgrade. It's as if this bike belongs in a dump it practically works as it should. The garbage is in the trash. There are maybe four times I have ridden it. The handle bar always comes loose while I'm riding this bike (I've been trying to ride for about an hour or so to get a decent workout). When it first came loose, it was just flopping around and almost falling off. I couldn't believe it when it happened. The tension was not tight enough, so I thought maybe I hadn't tightened Whenever I ride a scooter, I have to tighten it as much as possible before I ride, and with every ride, I find it comes loose in the middle of the hour. I'm having trouble with my left pedal on my last ride yesterday, not only was the handlebar coming loose, but the pedal was also Don't get me wrong I am not doing stunts on my bike, and I am not mountain biking through dangerous terrain. Using bike trails that are easy to ride, I am riding around Boston as much as I can. While I ride on bike trails in the city gently, the trash is falling apart right beneath me as I ride it. I am a novice rider who is barely even pushing the limits of the bike at all. There's a kind of joke going on. Don't waste your money, I repeat, don't waste your money. You need to spend a little more money on a real bike. Now I won't even be able to return it because they don't let me return it any more since I only had it a month ago. You won't get another dollar from me ever again after stealing that money from me, huffy, so relax and enjoy your loot.

If you order this bike from Amazon, plan on picking up the package at the post office
4/5

I'm not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but it was skeptical as I was buying it at first. In general, I always look at the photos and reviews online when I buy online! I know huffy is generally a good brand from what I know about bikes. It seemed fairly straight forward without the manual, without reading a manual, just because I dislike doing things by hand. I have never put together a bike before, but it seemed pretty straight forward. Overall, I put the bike together in about one hour without reading the manual or knowing how to put one together prior to starting! So, this was not bad for a first timer, and it didn't break while out riding (on and off In order to figure out what level I want the gears to be, I immediately played with the gears when I first took the bike for a ride.
One reason that I like the bike is the tires that came with it. Compared to other bikes I have ridden recently, they felt incredibly comfortable.
(They wear like rocks)

Also, I found the bike seat quite uncomfortable, but that's a given with most bikes I have a much more comfortable chair It's just a simple swap! This is not a big deal (no It's so easy to adjust to this bike and I love it! It would have been ok for me to have received it, except the post office (USPS) refused to deliver it due to the length of the packaging, and it was a total hassle! In order to resolve this issue, they might need to have UPS or someone else ship the item instead! The shipping issue could have been fixed, so I would have given this a five-star rating, but overall, I'm giving this a good rating.

It is a bike from Huffy
5/5

My purpose for purchasing this bike was to ride it In order to ease the pain of my knees, I purchased a bike that is considered a ladies bike. I had trouble with the front brake as it was scraping my front tire, but my neighbor, who rides one of those $10,000+ bikes all the time, came over and fixed it. However, I thought that the bike was nice. The seat was quite hard on the butt, but that is the way most bikes are, so I will need to purchase a more comfortable one. The rest of the package is excellent.

It has a poor gear system
3/5

There is no gear system at all and it is quite weak and It is literally the same gear on every machine. Because such problems would not bother a teenager as much as a grown adult would, I decided to donate it to him or her.

This bike is okay
3/5

It's very easy to set up, but about half the time the chain comes off There are issues with the seat, which is somewhat expected for the price, but repairing it should not be that difficult. There is something very annoying and dangerous about the chain coming off so often. I believe we assembled it properly (And yes, I am sure we did).

I don't understand why manufacturers don't I figured I'd have time to assemble it today since I read one review that said the bike takes 30 minutes to assemble
4/5

A partially assembled bike is included with the purchase. "The Owner's Manual is for a number of different bicycles. This can be a major plus, but it's not so great when certain parts are positioned incorrectly to avoid damage in shipment and there are no instructions on how to reposition them. I think it can be a bit confusing to figure out which instructions are for the model you are trying to assemble. To prepare the bike for a test ride (about five minutes), it took me considerably more than 30 minutes. I will update the review with performance details when I've had a chance to ride it for a while.

The shipment was damaged upon arrival
3/5

The bike was great and I would give it 3 stars. I gave it a 3 star rating because it was well packaged and arrived on time A world of form surrounded the forks, but their shape was irrevocably distorted. It was so disappointing for my daughter. Walmart had one, so I went there to get one.
