Headache due to poor quality. The hex key/Allen wrench needed for assembly was not included with this bike. I'm still dealing with the mess that was the chain. My son was given a Christmas gift that he can't use. Do yourself a favor and spend a few extra dollars at your local bike shop instead of purchasing this bike.

DOUBLE DISAPPOINTMENT if you take two chances

I don't usually write reviews, but my experience with this bike has been terrible. This bike was originally purchased as a Christmas present in early December 2020. It never arrived, so instead of having something to open, I had to tell my son that we "would" be getting him a bike. For some reason, I decided to order the same bike again, assuming that the covid- Christmas Greetings! Crunch happened by accident. We were so disappointed to receive a torn box, which my husband attempted to put together despite the damage, which was not only cosmetic but also dangerous due to frayed cables. There are no stars at all.

It's a nice bike, but it's not what it's supposed to be

My gear shifts were installed upside down, my wheels were a little wobbly, and my brakes were way off, so I had to adjust the wires to tighten them. I believe you get what you pay for (the bike is by far the cheapest option), but you only get the value. I'm not happy because I'm lukewarm. When compared to other kid bikes, this bike is quite heavy.

THE BIKE DOESN'T APPEAR TO BE BRAND NEW! We bought this bike for my son for Christmas on December 25, 2020, and it broke the handle bars completely while he was riding it less than four months later

Take note of the RUST. This bike is kept in a garage that is locked. BUYING A BIKE FROM THIS SELLER IS NOT A GOOD IDEA.

Because one of the brake lines failed, Santa was a little discouraged, but a trip to Walmart got us ready in time; this was the only reason I didn't give 5 stars. Our son enjoys riding his bicycle.
