The stuff in here makes my bike chain run smoothly and stays clean for a long time. The wheels of my bike are in the air as I turn the bike upside down. By doing this it is easier to clean and apply lube to the chair. After cleaning my chain and all the parts that touch it, I apply the lube as instructed. When you add just a little, you'll see a dramatic difference in the performance, ease, and speed of your bike. If you spray the chain with too much lube, your chain becomes sluggish and difficult to move since you're coating the metal with it. Lay out some plastic bags so any extra lube does not drip on the floor so you can keep your work area ventilated as the lube does smell strongly. It may even get a little drippy, so make sure to ventilate your work area while it dries. Any lube that drips onto your bike needs to be removed immediately. The lube works great for chains, but can be hard on other bike parts.
I love that it works! The only chain I'll ever use on my mountain bike is this one! This keeps the chain lubricated and clean and quiet (as long as you apply it regularly!).
It works well if you give it a good shake before using it.
I would recommend it to anyone. This lubricant goes on as a liquid but dries as a wax, so it lasts for a long time. That's not to be beat. The blades on my folding knives come from it. They often get gunned up with all sorts of nasty stuff in my line of work, but this stuff makes them open smoothly no matter what's inside.
For years I have used this fantastic product to lubricate my chain on my high-end bikes. In the future, I plan to use this to lubricate the belts and gears on my very expensive large 800mm bladed RC helicopters. Using it virtually extends the belt and gear life by at least five.
You should make sure you double check the size of the bottle. This is a 4 oz bottle, but there are 8 oz bottles for the same price. Make sure you read before you buy!.
