Questions & Answers

Does this evaptor harm or gum up when keeping it in storage for a long period of time (6 months to a few years)?

The product has never oxidized or become gooey. I have used it for years. In my experience, it keeps a slowly decreasing layer of oil/PTFE available, but you may be able to ensure this by adding felt washers to your application (if it is possible).

Is it possible to use this product on plastic gears or is there another product that will do the job?

As far as I know, I have used it with plastic, composite, and nylon gears without having the materials attacked. In my opinion, there is no application it isn't useful for.

Is there a mini applicator hose included with this bottle?

The answer is yes. As a matter of fact, I bought a second bottle after losing the straw to the first. It would be great if we could get a package of spare straw applicators, because it is not very easy to use without them. This is the product I use Sewing machine repair and service flow.

Does this come in a bike-specific version or is this the only one they sell? For my bike, someone told me to get tri flow 3 in 1. Where can I purchase it?

A tri-version is the only version I am aware of Let's discuss how. It is not my practice to I recommend White Lightning Clean Ride for chain lubrication. It's great product. It doesn't collect dirt and gets all gunked up. Everything else on my bicycle seems to flow, except for the pivots on the brake mechanism and the rear derailleurs. If your local bike shop recommends something, then you should have it for your fork, crank, and wheel bearings. As far as the bearings go, I cannot recall what I use.

Selected User Reviews For Tri-Flow TF0021060 Superior Lubricant Drip Bottle- 6 oz

It's great for most applications, even though I was skeptical! As part of the review form, I was asked to rate the When we rate lubricants on their aroma, why do we do it? The smell does wear off after a while, but it is not too strong
5/5

It would be a mistake if the manufacturer produced a less-than-important product just to satisfy Amazon's stupid review metric. It's not the kind of thing I'd wear. This question is much less relevant than asking about taste. Needless to say, I rated the aroma five stars and encourage you to As far as the actual performance goes The positive reviews I'd over saturated myself with were not expecting to have me as impressed as I was. As a lube freak, I am a little bit obsessive. It would be embarrassing if I owned the entire range of lubricants available. In recent months, I have become increasingly interested in products The wet and the dry Anyhow, of the five or so products in this class I've purchased on Amazon (all four), three were recommended to me by a friend. My top choice so far has been this product because it is the best performing and most versatile. I'll be interested to see how they all perform once they are in use. It is only for grim dry and filmy PTFE lubes that I would prefer dry and filmy lubes bike chains in dusty and arid climates A lock is generally speaking. Dust and dirt can be found It is likely that grime will build up and There is a risk to performance and profitability This is due to the fact that it is difficult to remove or takes a lot of time. Although this lube does not appear to be particularly prone to that sort of buildup in the first place & PTFE may be a solution in that regard. There is no easy way to put it. Using it thus far for door hinges, lubricating tap bits before drilling holes, for a hair clipper (dry lube probably won't work) and as a lubricant for tap bits has worked well. The lubricating oil is designed for frequent lubrication anyway so the buildup isn't a problem), lubricating sand paper for polishing, lubricating sliding door tracks, and whatever else you need. You will need to track and adjust your windows Adding oil to a ball bearing on an old fan (yes, it will attract dust, but it's how we do it in the factory, and I have no urge to experiment, at this point). The catalyst has assisted a spray catalyst on a badly rusted brake rotor in a time of crisis. <extra_id_9> It probably seems wasteful, but I've used it.

It is the industry standard for light bicycle lubricants, but it is While it is one of the most economical lubes out there, it is made with PTFE (Teflon), which is toxic when ingested
3/5

It is also made with nasty chemicals such as PFAS. Do your best not to spill the lotion by only applying what you need. Be careful not to drip any on your clothes. You should wash your hands thoroughly after applying this product, or wear gloves if you get some on your hands. Due to the toxic nature of PFAS over time, I keep worrying about shop mechanics using this stuff on a daily basis Both at night and during the day There you go. It has been my experience to try several environmentally friendly alternatives over the years. Oils with a very light texture often do not last for very long, and the other organic options are inadequate. Using wax lubricants really does not work, so I try to stay away from them. Thus, there are teflon-coated surfaces as well As of right now, the only viable option is petroleum-based lubricants.

I recommend it for many other purposes as well as bike chains, though it's not the best for that
4/5

It is rated the "best" chain for all types of riding conditions by so many reviews I have read. There is nothing more wrong with this than that. Squeaky locks are great for pivot points or mounts, but for the chain in dry conditions, it will absorb so much dirt on the side of the chain that it will be dirty goop in no time. The dirt will also splatter all over your frame as well. I recently switched from using a liquid lube to using dry lube, and I have seen much better results. The best thing to use for your bike chain is this if you ride in wet conditions, although it's not the best for riding in dry conditions.

There is no doubt that it is better
5/5

When they say "superior", they aren't lying. A fantastic lubricant that works best when applied in small amounts (more isn't Of course you can use it to store bicycles but it can also be used around the house for all kinds of things. In general, I start by cleaning old gunk with WD-40 and follow it up with Tri-Mercury For lubrication, the flow should be high. Are you having trouble opening the door? Put some WD40 in the lock, insert the key and open and close the lock Once the Tri-Acetone is absorbed, put a few drops on You can now insert the key in the lock, open and close a couple of my hands feel as if they were made of silk. After applying WD40 to the blade of a fan that refused to turn, I managed to fix it. An ounce or two of Tri-olein The shaft remains cool after a flow of water is applied to it. There is a small tube that plugs into the cap of the bottle and it works great to deliver a drop just where you need it along with 6 ounces. The product is durable and will last for many years to come.

Sewing machines will benefit from this product
5/5

The product works effectively for the restoration of vintage sewing machines, I've used it more than any other oil because it restores stuck machines with less effort than any other oil. Not only me, but many others find it enticing as well. As far as sewing machine restoration goes, this is the industry standard. In this particular triflow bottle, the tube was the only thing I did not like Known as a 'stick in', it comes attached to the edge of the bottle with tape. In a larger bottle, it would make more sense if the bottom came out like the top on many other small oil bottles, so you wouldn't have to keep sticking it inside the tape for storage, and then removing it to put it in the tip. However, the oil itself has a pleasant scent, despite having a bit of a smell. While the odor isn't too strong if you do not use too much, it can be distracting. Among the benefits of oil is it has conditioners that help clean gears of old oil and other debris. This is awesome, and worth the smell.

It seems to work, but it's a bit pricey
5/5

This acts as a bit of a penetrate, flushing out rust and dirt while oiling at the same time. I used to use Kroil for this purpose, but it is not lubricating and it tends to get sticky, so I usually followed it with silicone. The following is one step and it seemed I would be able to find the With a thin nozzle like WDT, it looks a lot like A problem 40 has is that it is taped to the side and interferes with transportation. Although it can be easy to lose because of its clarity (wd-) It was easy to see 40 coming because it was red. You can compare it to banana oil, which has a light scent more or less like bananas. You might want to try There is a candy that is shaped like fruits, you know, the one with a banana is from a 25 cent machine - if you have ever tried it The smell of that flavor is the same as this one. There are a few cons to this oil, including a bad smell that can last for a while, but it does get on your nerves after awhile. Another is the cap, which is hard to get on The teflon inside you have to shake before using, so you have to shake the container before using. There were a few more bearings added, but I do not know if one was included.
