Questions & Answers

The bottle comes with a tiny drip tube you can insert into it, correct?

Not at all. It's a no go. Put a pair of scissors, a razor or a machete to use and begin cutting. If you want the hole to be as wide as you want, you can. There is no need to have a "tiny drip tube" for the product since it is stellar. It's okay to squeeze the tube, but don't let it go too far. With this, you will be able to enjoy it for many

Do they manufacture it in the United States?

According to the bottle, it is made in the United States.

Are the forks also able to be treated with this?

Keep your forks lubricated with fork oil. You should never put oil around your forks because it will break down the seals and form a tacky layer that attracts stanchion-like bacteria I scratch the crud off my hands.

I would like to know how long this is supposed to last and how many times it can be put ?

What is the duration of the event? The duration of your ride will determine the duration of your ride. Riding in the rain and dust is miserable. The amount of water you need to use will obviously be increased. Commute rides on the road. Depending on your lifestyle, it could last you the entire season (potentially). It is up to you how many times you repeat it. It is advisable to have your chain cleaned and lubricated regularly, as this will result in a longer chain

A Guide to the Old West In the world of chain lubes, there are many concepts, and this is the old-school one
4/5

If I have the time, I would love to do a full synthetic, but I know it will catch more dirt than a synthetic blend. By hitting the chain swivels with this stuff, I get the chain to rotate. You will then need to apply a light coating of RemOil (aerosol Teflon) after a few days. I find that the combo works well

Yep, there are better chain lubes available. There is nothing wrong with this lube until you are doing a week-long bikepacking tour in cold weather, or unless you are a competitive racer.

I like the way it lubes
5/5

From park tools, find a bunch of helpful videos. There is a type of lube that drips on my driveway almost as much as it dries. Although it is not the most precise solution, it was a fantastic alternative and allowed me to stop skipping gears without having to make adjustments to my rear derailer settings. Thanks to this product, I can now operate my high torque ebike skip-free and with less noise. Ebikes are tough on chains and gears, so it is important to set things up just right. I also use park tool videos on YouTube, so I wanted to give back.

Any bike needs can be met by Park Tool, one of the leading brands in the industry
5/5

Since I do not want premature chain issues, and considering this oil's difference in price from other brands, it was a no brainer to get Park Tool Oil. This oil has been used many times and I'm pleased with the results so far. It is easy to apply to the chain or to any other component using the tip. To ensure you get the most from your bike, be sure to clean your chain first. Make sure you remove all the dirt and grit before putting fresh oil on your chain, gears, and Unless you mix your paste with flour, it will become gritty and will cause your parts to wear out more quickly. In my opinion, this is an excellent oil, without the need to look elsewhere.

Don't buy this product unless you like dirt on your chain
3/5

What a big mistake that was! As long as you ride in an area without dirt, the lube works very well! Otherwise, this is an absolute magnet for debris and dirt. The product was horrible, and I would not use it
My recommendation for finish line dried tube is PATENT DRYLUBE.

The new cap leaks, but the lube is great
3/5

This lube works well, but the packaging is not that appealing to me. With the longer applicator tip, it was easier to apply A simple cap like that shown in the picture is not what I meant. Caps with tips on them offer a convenient way to apply, allowing the tip to unscrew so that the small hole on the end can be accessed. I preferred the oil in the bottle, but the cap on the bottle did not fit snugly, so when it was in my toolbox on a trip, about 10% of the oil leaked out. When I looked at the cap, there were no positions where there was no leakage if the bottle is laid on its side. I later dropped the bottle from about 3 feet flat and the cap popped off and a very small amount of the original oil fell out. I have used a few drops, and I still have about 30% of the bottle left! In the old cap (as pictured at the time of this review), the leak did not exist. In addition, the original envelope arrived with a rip in the side, and the bottle of lube it was supposed to contain was missing. A new one was shipped quickly and without hassles.

I like it
4/5

After a friend warned me that white lightning brand lube can cause serious issues over the long term, I picked this up for my bike. Keep in mind that the lid does allow you to adjust the flow to some extent, but a lot of lube comes out pretty quickly, so you'll probably need to wipe away the excess once you're done, especially if you have dirt or dust on your ride. To allow for a comparison of sizes, a picture was added.

Lubricant that works well
4/5

It has always performed well when I have used it for as long as I can remember. Dry conditions are the most common conditions in which I ride. My experience with dry lubes is limited, so there is nothing to compare it with I did not need to substitute for it. There are other comments that concur with mine that the new bottle applicator is not as nice (precise) to use as the red tube on the old bottles, but I'd eventually lose the red tube, so maybe that's its downfall. You might want to give it a shot.
