Can you explain why this stuff gets so many Because of the great reviews and the 400 miles claim, I decided to give this a try when my old bottle of White Lightning ran out. Only 200 to 250 seconds were spent in dry white lightning It is about 300 miles. Despite its improved mileage, this stuff does not last more than 100 miles under ideal conditions, and maybe even 60 miles under wet conditions before the drive train starts to squeal. It must be at least 2 or 3 applications a week for me, making it the most expensive chain lube I have Do not forget to put a rag between the drive train and a little behind the bike. There is a lot of thin, drippy stuff there. However, you might be better off using Wd40, though it is not technically a lubricant at all and probably won't wear out as fast as Purple Extreme. It feels like I have been treated like an abusive parent has been using such a child and not a valuable customer. I have done everything I could or have done in the past. My only reason for not hanging up on him was my sales training and politeness. The review still stands and I strongly recommend buying from anyone else. I had debated taking it down when I reached out to the reviewer, but the review stands. Currently, I am using a moc off product with good results and the white lightning I used previously also worked even though I am not capable of cleaning a chain, according to bike medicine. This was the worst customer support call I've ever received and I'll never get the opportunity to call.

In addition to road cycling, I also do triathlons. The average power I push is 200W. While not really a lubricant, this product causes the chain to dry out quickly. After using this almost every other ride, I had two Shimano Ultegra chain failures before figuring out that this product isn't really a lubricant. It should be illegal to sell this product. This product dries quickly and leaves no residue. Two chains were cost to me. I recommend removing it from your chain with WD40 and using Park Tool Oil to prevent rust from forming on your chain. A word of caution to buyers This product is terrible.

In the past, I have used several chain lubes however, they all fall short of achieving the desired result. A clean, well oiled chain attracts dirt quickly, and things get out of hand Once the carrier oil wears off, Extreme Purple is a dry lubricant that resists dirt attachment. It goes on wet, but when it flashes off, it becomes an extremely effective dry lube. The one suggestion I could make is to try to make life easier on mother nature. According to the directions, you should apply the product, wipe off excess, and let it sit over night to accomplish the Unless the weather is exceptionally warm, I have had trouble observing the carrier oil evaporating completely, leaving me with a wet chain prone to dirt accumulation. I have used many types of lubricants over the past 20 years owing to my experience living in the mountains of North Carolina and working in the bike industry. While some of them are better than others, when I put this on for the first time and went out for a 3 hour ride in the rain and mud, it held up quite well. It is the first time I've ridden my bike in throes conditions and not had my drivetrain grind on the ride up. I washed my bike in the creek to clean out the brakes and twice washed mud off the drive train. There was no way it could be Even in the dry, I am amazed with how smooth the drivestrain is thanks to this stuff. I don't know what's in it, but it must be some kind of force field! I definitely will use this company for now on when I need lines.

Thus far, this is the most effective lubricant I have tried. Since T9 was introduced, I have used it I am in love with this Purple Extreme. Before you apply this lube, make sure your chain is clean. I scrubbed it with Acetone and let it soak for an hour after it soaked for an hour. After applying the lube, remove the cap. Quite a bit of noise is removed from the chain. Since I applied, I've driven 500 miles on the chain, and it's still in good shape. When I get off my rides, I wipe it off a bit. I can smell the smell of it when I apply it. I don't really notice it at all after it's dry. The lube works great and I highly recommend it.

Y'all should check out this stuff. applies thin, like a thin layer of water, so it penetrates deeply. The smell is pleasant, like coconut oil, and as it dries, it quickly disappears. In terms of reducing friction and removing squeaks, it does a decent job. It has been used to make hinges, chains and swing set clips, guns, as well as compound bows and crossbows. The items that he recommends to me, I buy without a minute's hesitation. There is no exception to the rule with this chain lube. This works great, doesn't throw grime into the air or catch grunge. If it were a science experiment gone wrong, rather than smelling like a motorcycle chain, who would ever do that? I can't stress this enough if you lube chains. This will make your life much easier! The chains can be kept longer, which is an added bonus.

Equipment such as tractors and other machinery are available to me. Although these products are expensive, I thought I'd give them a try since some of the reviews were positive. This works well, but it has low viscosity and just runs off the floor, so it works well in general. In my chain, I probably have more than I do on the floor. I may get a viscosity increase if I refrigerate the liquid. This is something I'm going to try. The rest of its functions seem to be fine.
