Hey, there. On mine, I did not see a model number displayed. between the 8010 and 8010LM that I could find on the OnGuard site was the thickness of the shackles. With the 8010LM you have a shackle of 11mm and with the 8010 you have a shackle of 13mm. (Without the rubber casing, mine measures 13mm. Therefore, I would assume the 8010 is the correct model, and not It might help if you read this. This is a picture of what you can see. The letters 1LFHnt2 are written as a bit (dot) ly (slash)
Despite my best efforts, I could not As an aside, I've had trouble getting the bracket out of the way while I'm using it to double-lock a gate. There is some weird screw installed there, and so it doesn't move (not even the star key can move it), so it stays and sits against the gate post. As you can see in the photo, it is not in the picture.
My experience with one lock is limited, so I am unable to speculate that they are all separately keyed. It might help to know that the lock was not used in a crime-free neighborhood, but it was used to secure a bicycle stored outside 24/7 for a month on a college campus in a major city, and nobody tampered with it. My husband and my young children are also in the house The family is secure and the house is well-kept, said their adult son A lock was made. It might help if you read this.
There is a bracket to mount the bike to it, as well as screws.

However, it was not as bad as a snow shovel. what it is supposed to do. Similar to how a narrow throat is better than a wide throat. You'll find them on the more narrow side of Two of them are mine, and I think this is the one that comes with the built-in light on the key. The only complaint I have is that there is no parking. The "U" is enclosed in a plastic sleeve. Neither the metal or the glass are attached to it. The lock can sometimes get low enough that it is difficult to lock up if the handle is sliding to one side. As I got frustrated with this, I finally realized that this was the root cause of the issue. It came in handy last week when I was stuck in a bank of snow up in the mountains - without a shovel, we dug ourselves out using this, among other things. While I'm sure OnGuard did not intend it for such a use, in case you need it in a pinch, this little gadget can do a lot of things!.
A sturdy feel to it. It opens with no problem and is a great mechanism. What an amazing feature this is, as I lost one key, it gave me five more. The product appeared on YouTube a while back and I was tempted to buy it, but then it was stolen from my car. When you search this lock through YouTube, you will find out that it can handle lock cutters.
A lot of people seems to like the lock and cable. It is a very secure and durable lock. The bike mount bracket, which comes with this product, is terrible, cheap, and plastic. I would have given this product 5 stars if it weren't for that. Three years is the maximum life span of the plastic bracket This bracket lasted 4 months before breaking apart. I purchased two replacement brackets, each for $10 from OnGuard. I moved the bracket around on my bike and it wears out and cracks. During my last commute, the bracket of my bike nearly broke off and the lock jammed the chain on my bike. After my biking accident, I decided not to buy any OnGuard products because they have never stood behind their product. They have refused to fix.
Cables are typically too short, so I don't think everyone will find them comfortable. It is long enough to loop around the front and back wheels of a bike, and to connect to the shackle if the shackle is on the same line as the center of both wheels, but sometimes, I have to lock the top of my bike to keep it locked. My wheels will not be able to be attached to the tube of the frame, and I am worried that I won't be able to secure them. Although you can pull off the yellow rubber they put on the shackle ends, I'm still not a fan of the yellow rubber they put on the ends. The OnGuard U-Series has been working well for me I have had no problems with these locks for a few years now.
You're welcome, I hope you're well Unlike some locks that can be cut in a couple of seconds, this one takes longer. The bag is heavy, but large enough to throw in a suitcase when not in use. This lock is not something I would take with me on a random long ride, but if I know I'm going to stop somewhere and need to lock up my bike, I know it will fit and secure my bike enough to repel a thief.
It does have a velcro strap to help keep the cable from bouncing around while riding (hardly anything is 100% in life)
This is why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 stars, and both reasons are listed below. It seems to be working so far, but I am not certain how much abuse it can withstand. As of right now, however, I am satisfied. 1. . 2. Occasionally the yellow caps on the main bar come off, causing the lock to be difficult to work with. However, with a few drops of glue the caps stayed on
but other than that the lock is fantastic!.
I really like it. There is a lot of beef in this bag and it is big enough to wrap around both my bike frame and I love the cable so that I can use it to I was pretty bummed when I first got the lock because it seemed too large to mount anywhere on my bike. However, I read the directions and saw it could be mounted on the stem of the bike. When I initially installed it, I was skeptical it would interfere with my pedaling, but after I installed it, I didn't notice the device at all. It's a plus for sure! So far, I only have two issues. (1) Sometimes getting the base locked onto the "U" has proved challenging. The lock was lubricated with white lithium lube so I am certain it is not jammed as the key easily turns. I can live with it, so I'll do that. (1) During my mountain biking trip, the lock clip that was attached to my bike came unscrewed. Even though I had tightened it when I installed it, I guess all that bouncing down the mountain made the screw back out and the lock Since then, I have reattached it and put some locators in. Put a tie on each thread. I hope that this will be the case.
With this lock I don't have to worry about my expensive bike being stolen when I use it. This is a good lock at an affordable price. The lock is wrapped around the bike rack (or other secure pole), then the seat tube, and finally the back wheel. The cable is then routed With the key it locks fast and securely (and comes with A minor complaint I have is that the lock is quite heavy, making my backpack feel like it has double the weight. Although this is a small price to pay, peace of mind is the best reward.
