I read the mostly positive reviews before purchasing the product. I couldn't unlatch my door yesterday as I was walking around downtown Boston. I tried putting the key in and out numerous times, but I was unable to do so. In the end, I had no choice but to leave my bicycle at the city center for a few hours and return later this evening in the hopes that my key would once again work and my bicycle could still be found. After another 30 minutes of waiting and trying the key, I finally returned to the scene to find that it worked and the lock was opened. Over the last few years, I have tried many times to lock and unlock the lock, but sometimes it is able to unstick itself instantly while other times it won't. There is definitely no point in gambling on this headset, especially at the price.
