You ask a good question Justin, *br>The chain design of this "Arborist" model is to blame for the problem. This is different from the original version, which has tooth on one side but has teeth on both sides of the product. The purpose of this is to make the motion of the saw as smooth as possible by keeping the chain at an angle of about 100 degrees. The best wishes of Nordic Pocket Saw from
I appreciate the opportunity to speak with you. Users of this saw should not use it for this is that the chain will most likely get stuck with half inch left of the branch because the angle will be so tight that it will not be able to move You could, however, ask a friend to help you for a few minutes, and then you will be able to use the saw properly. I am sending my best regards to the Nordic Pocket Saw Team in

Using the metal buckle of the belt to connect to the saw is a waste of time. We got this saw to saw some limbs so my brother and I could use it. All of it has been connected. On one of the limbs, we sawed. As we were deciding what to buy, we thought, "Wow, this is the best thing we've ever purchased". Thus, we went to the other end of the Our saw broke after we cut about half an inch into it, and the buckle that came with the saw ripped out. Then we pulled it straight through, reattached it to the rock bag, tossed it over again, and sawed it yet In total, we came in by half an When it came undone again, the buckled became loose. The buckle is a piece of garbage if you take a closer look at it. Anyway, it's another effort we want to make. Tossing the rock bag over the branch after attaching it to the strap was easy. As the strap hit the previous inch of sawing, it became stuck. Now that I have to hang a rock bag from the tree and a strap into my yard for the rest of my life, or until I spend hundreds of dollars to pay tree people, I am going to have to live with this. In the event that the software simply doesn't work, I will just send it back. This strap is not only not working, I will have to look at the strap hanging in my yard for quite some time until I spend hundreds of dollars on it. As a result, I give this product 5 stars because the idea is great. I have negative three stars because they built the back of the bike with a piece of junk buckled into it just for saving pennies. Adding these two stars together gives us a rating of two stars.
I was able to save significant amounts of money with this product. In my case, my father helped me to delimb a large maple tree that would otherwise have required the use of a boom lift or the services of a professional arborist. experience with tree removal as expert, as I have over 20 years of regular tree trimming and removal jobs under my belt. I knew exactly where to cut and in what order to cut the limbs off to avoid a blade pinch or branch hanging. My solution was to add 100 feet of rope to each side of the saw so it could reach farther and we could cut at more obtuse angles, resulting in Our crew also made a few cuts in branches that were My hands were in pain after that, but the saw handled it fine. I wouldn't recommend doing that very often. There is a lot of technique to be used with this saw, and there is the possibility of blade pinch, but when used correctly this is a quality product that is very well manufactured. In my opinion, the tree service industry would benefit most from this product however, more experienced users might be able to use it more effectively.
(And strength! Only we had the opportunity! only Two people are definitely needed to complete this task. Part of the problem was the fact that I was using it with my 9 year old son. In this case, two adults would be best suited to operate it. Our cut was in the form of a crook in the tree where a larger branch bulged out from the main trunk. I was worried it would look too like a comedy skit, but we wound up cutting it. In spite of the cost differences, hiring a tree trimmer was still significantly cheaper. It is something I'll keep working on. As for my experience, I found it difficult to attach the webbing As there are no instructions for how to attach them, I had to watch the advertisement video online in order to see how it was done. While this will be an adequate tool, it is not something I will regularly pull out.
Everything was sturdy and robust and great quality. After 8 throws, all but the bag intended to help throw the line are removed. There was a lot of damage to the bag. In my discussions with the manufacturer, I mentioned this As a result, they went out of their way to assist in the addressing of/resolving of the issue Returned the damaged bag and provided a replacement. As for the cutting blade itself, I can confirm that it is of exceptional quality. This is a 4-inch piece I have cut There are 5 branches of moderate size A height of 20' or more Professional tree trimmers are the only way I could have accomplished what I did.
A great product, but it does not work well when used by one person to trim It is imperative to work with two people when cutting high limbs otherwise the tool will lock up.
Over all, I liked the design except for certain aspects such as the handles sliding. A rope would be more effective than straps, in my opinion. There would have been more confidence if it had been reliable. I don't like the size of the trough bags. As opposed to included straps, I found it easier to pull the string through the loop.
Despite his skepticism, we were able to take down two substantial branches in ten minutes. I liked it!.
I like it very much.
