It completed the task at hand. It did get hung up on a couple of occasions, but that was more due to user error than anything else. To avoid getting pinched, cut at a wide angle and keep an eye on where you're cutting. Aside from that, it's fairly simple to use.
It's not a bad product in general; you have to keep the steam going to get through some types of wood, but I can't say I'm disappointed. I've used it to trim low branches and it works perfectly.
This chainsaw did the job; it did get caught between the branch and the tree, but I was working from afar. It was, on the whole, a good cut. My next-door neighbor requested that I trim her limbs!.
It is extremely useful. I'm ready to go once I've attached the carry pouch to my belt.
It's a very small and useful item.
