When cutting is performed by pulling, the primary cutting occurs. You actually have quite a bit of control with this. There is no need to apply much pressure, just let the saw carry out the job. As well as being smooth, the cut is also good.
It works fine this way. It allowed me to cut through bones. There is no mention of the United States.
It doesn't seem to matter. You can throw away the packaging without looking at it, but if you do that you might not be able to. A metal tag on the saw would have shown where it was made, but I couldn't find one. Aside from that, it's a nicely designed little pruning saw.
Having read all of this, I cannot find anything about it. However, it is a sturdy saw. Bones that I want to make broth are sawed with it. I'm satisfied with the way things are going so far.
