I tested this pocket chainsaw with my son on a tree stump in our backyard. It cut through it so quickly (but don't expect it to cut as well as a proper chainsaw), and he was able to operate it quite easily even though he is still quite young. The chainsaw sharpening tool even comes with a little file to sharpen the chainsaw. The paracord handles make it even more comfortable Despite its absence of maintenance instructions, I would assume similar maintenance to a regular chainsaw, i. e. , storing it in water on a regular basis. Each time you use the chain, you should clean it and give it a light oiling. * I have only given it four stars for durability as I don't know how long it will last. I will have to give it another review in the coming.
Using this method, you can easily prune high branches of trees at a reasonable cost. When I compared BLIKA saw sets on Amazon, I found that the BLIKA set had the best features for the lowest price. In particular, do not buy any rope saw that does not have a two-stage cutting system. Blades with a double-sided design like this one have a double edge. The saw does take some practicing to throw the weight bag over the branch you wish to cut, but once you get the hang of it, cutting high limbs will be a breeze. After you have the saw positioned over the branch, be sure to gently pull the ropes back and forth so that it doesn't Practicing on low branches is a good idea.
As a lot of reviews say, mine got stuck in a tree branch and I had to climb the tree and cut down the branch by hand. Not my favorite experience. While this may seem like a good idea, the reliability is not sufficient to make it You can probably guarantee that I will be able to get it unstuck after it has gotten stuck, so I would use it.
Despite all the time and effort spent on advertising, I received the product on time and as advertised. There was no misrepresentation in the product description, but it broke the first time. Hand limb saws such as this one don't work well at all on small Sometimes it gets hung up or jams. found that I needed to apply a great deal of force to get it to work, which broke the handle rope. My recommendation for this product is to avoid it.
I really like this little novelty item. The device is most effective on small to medium sized branches at ground level. If the size is more than 4 inches, it will need two people. You should not cut any large limbs over the height of 10 feet. If you do not remove it, you will spend the whole day doing it.
It took me about a minute to cut four branches (it was only about 4) because the branch rode down perfectly, but then it started jamming and got stuck, making it impossible to use it to take the branch down. To cut a couple of small branches, it took me hours and I eventually had to get out the ladder to dislodge it (which was the whole point of the purchase, to avoid going up and down the ladder safely).
It's just fine. Small jobs are best handled by this tool. It is about as easy to use a ladder and extension saw. To pull the chain and rope over the limb you need to throw the rope over it first. There is a possibility that the chain might twist or get tangled Since the limb gets hung up after falling, you cannot complete the cut if the limb falls. Therefore, you must twist and pull the limb very hard to let it Although it would seem like a great option to try, it is difficult to guarantee success.
It is very sharp and cuts my chain like a dream. The different handles provided can be used according to the instructions for best durability and strength. An attempt to hook one of the anchors failed.
