No, none of our products contain any latex.

On a mat, it works just fine. Keep in mind that as the gymnast rolls back over the bar, she or he must shift the wrists. It also necessitates them having straight arms; if they bend, it will not work.

How big is this thing?

It's not in front of me right now, but it's about shoulder width apart and about an inch off the ground. It's designed to help you work on your back extensions. You can see it in action by searching for it on YouTube.

I reserve five stars for the best things ever, so this is a nice bar but it's a bit pricey

If it were half the price, you'd get five. It's pleasant, and the gymnast in my life enjoys it - That is the only thing that matters in this situation. It's a nice bar, but I was hoping to get a better deal. As a result, my assessment is skewed.

It has a wide range of applications. I appreciate how simple it was to locate and order the equipment. br>br>It is used every day in my gym for mandatory levels 1 and 2. 4 on the bars and on the floor.

This is a fantastic product that will come in handy. It is, however, a large small. Read the descriptions very carefully. Even for a 12-year-old girl, there isn't enough space to spread her hands comfortably.
