Questions & Answers
Tumbl Trak claims that the same 1. Another of their training bars has a 125-pound weight limit on a 5-inch diameter, 4-foot-long beechwood bar. I hope this has been of assistance.
On the bases, there is indistrial strength velcro. On carpet, it looks great, but on vinyl, it will slide. They do, however, sell a velcro-fastened box. There are four of these bars in our collection. They're fantastic.
The height of the bar is approximately 4 inches above the ground.
I wouldn't do it. On a flat carpeted surface, it's the safest to use. On a trampoline, I believe it would flip or slide.

My daughter is an xcel platinum gymnast who frequently works on skills with this floor bar. For us, it was a wise investment.
The bars are very sturdy, have a nice feel to them, and provide a secure, good grip. The picture is a little different than the actual product, but it works just as well and looks even better in person. My athletes can do giant, clear hip tap lifting drills without the bars moving after pressing down on the Velcro, which is also in-house. I use it for bar and late drops without the bars popping up, as well as handstands and pirouettes with a bar that won't slip and slide. The Velcro does wear out over time, so I'll probably replace it in the future, but it's still good after almost a year. It takes a bit of pulling to get off the carpet at first, and I wouldn't recommend using it on smooth surfaces or wood because it will slide unless you get some Velcro with rubber attachments for smooth floor use. It comes completely assembled and is highly recommended. br>br>If you have any questions or would like some advice, please contact me. Also, please look into USECA, USAG, and USAGNJ.

This is a fantastic little establishment. It's just that I wish it were a little longer.
