I purchased these with the intention of passing them on to others. throughs. I weigh 135 pounds and stand 5'7" tall. They're 2" in diameter. My lower back was strained because the shorts were 3" too short. They'd be fine for dips and handstands, but not for pass-throughs. throughs. I'm going to return or sell these and replace them with a 14"-wide set. 15" high.
This is fantastic. This item is extremely durable. More than 300 lbs. Place one near your yoga mat. You'll find yourself using it on a regular basis.
Yes, if you rotate from your shoulders and keep the L in place as you rotate. I do it, and I'm 5'8" tall. I can't point my toes while doing it because it's too tight.
Yes. It takes no more than five minutes. It took me ten minutes to assemble them. I used a ratchet instead of the wrench that came with it.

I bought The Body Power PL1000 primarily for push-ups. up bars. It's a fantastic piece of machinery. It's constructed in a tank-like manner. For twisting the Nut(s), there is a Tool included. As a Philips screwdriver, the tool can be used. There is a 380-pound weight limit. I'd only used the bars on a carpet before, and they don't slide. If you're looking for a high-quality push-button, look no further. I like how the Integrated Knurling Grips are positioned at both ends of each handrail, making it easy to position the hands in the center of each handrail to perform push-ups I recommend this product. The Body Power PL1000 has only one flaw. br>br>There is only one flaw with the Body Power PL1000. The flaw is that the Integrated Knurling Grip did not improve my grip, particularly when performing push-ups with sweaty palms. To improve grip, I recommend attaching a foam grip to each handrail, especially if your palms are sweaty. br>br>Aside from the grip issue, I would recommend this product to anyone.
These bars were purchased so that I could accomplish three objectives: 1) pike-position leg-lifts, 2) deep and wide pushups parallel bar handstands rolling up from pike-position leg-raises, and 3) parallel bar handstands rolling up from pike-position leg-raises raises. These bars are completely solid, allowing you to perform all three exercises while taking up the smallest amount of space possible. These bars took about 10 minutes to assemble using the tool provided, and when combined with rings, I have everything I need for killer upper body workouts. The assembly time could be cut in half if you used your own socket wrench. These bars come highly recommended by me.
Fast shipping and simple assembly (all tools were included, but a ratchet would speed things up). It appears to be made of high-quality materials and constructed well. Very similar to the Rogue parallelets I've used at my gym, but at a much lower cost (which is why I chose these). The dimensions are nearly identical, but Rogue's set is 15" tall compared to 12" for these, which should have no effect on performance for my purposes. br>br>**update** fantastic customer service from the seller!! During a move, one of the foot pads came loose. When I contacted the seller, they quickly dispatched replacements! Thanks!.
Previous reviews debated whether or not the parallette wobbled, and my set included one that did and one that didn't. The stable one is perfect; the wobbly one has a warped handrail plate (where the fasteners join the bottom of the handrail to the capped crossbar that forms the perpendicular base), but the warped parallette can now be reassembled with a flat nylon washer between the plate and the crossbar (see attached photo). br>br>In the meantime, the packaging was excellent, there were no missing parts, and assembly was a breeze using standard tools (rather than the ones provided). br>br>I haven't found the handrail texture to be particularly useful (it's smooth in the middle and barely textured at the ends), but - overall - These parallettes, as well as a 30-minute session, The cent nylon washers are a lot less expensive than Rogue's bolt-together set, which is exactly what I wanted.
This is a very sturdy set of parallettes that I feel comfortable using, as the rest of the reviews have stated. Because these are too slippery on their own, I recommend wrapping them in lacrosse tape. br>br>There are two minor issues with my score that do not warrant lowering it:
- The nut-tightening tool included with this set is completely useless. If you have a socket wrench, use it.
- If you do decide to jump, make sure you are prepared. Wear shoes if you're doing a through or a variation of it. The nuts' ends are exposed, and you can easily trip over them (as I did).
They're fantastic; they're simple to put together and well-packaged. If you're looking for a good set, I highly recommend this one.
The quality and durability of these pleasantly surprised me. I wasn't expecting much, but I also didn't want to spend too much money. When these items arrived, I was astounded by the high level of craftsmanship. My weight ranges from 225 to 260 pounds. I've had these things for over 250 hours and have never had to worry about them buckleing. The two grooved hand locations are also very convenient, as they allow me to find my grip without having to look down when performing intermediate moves.
This item appears to be made of high-quality materials that will last for a long time. It isn't very stable, unfortunately. On a flat, firm surface, both handles wobble, one more than the other. (Yes, this is on a level floor, and the wobble is consistent across the board. ) ) They continue to serve my needs admirably. They're stable enough that I'm not worried about them tipping over, and the wobble probably makes my core work a little harder to maintain stability. However, given the price, this defect in quality is unacceptable.
