Moderate resistance, in my opinion. However, I think these are a great way to tone your arms while swimming.

The grip is made of plastic with a squishy foam covering. br>Comfortable and light weight. br>Though mine are blue, I'm guessing the construction is similar.

Okay, so I've used it a total of 9 times so far. And one of the foam pieces has already become loose. br>I've secured it with silicone (waterproof) and it's survived two additional workouts. I have a feeling they'll be deep-seated, though. After this summer (which is unfortunate for the environment), I was sixed. I'm not sure if there's a way to tell if you're getting a good pair of shoes. you know? What's the best way to know? Is it a matter of price, or can you rely on a reputation in this field? 'Not really,' I imagine. br>I mean, it's not a bad deal for a summer. for a portion of the summer and hardly any use (though there is some 'hard' use in a water aerobics class during the hour I do use them). I just wish they lasted a little bit longer and were a little bit more durable.
In my pool, I use them on a daily basis. I've been paralyzed in my legs for the past four years, and I had an " aqua physical therapist" come to my house and show me how to use weights to help strengthen my legs while dealing with my condition. I really like these weights.
These aqua weights were provided by the aqua class where I used to go. Since the outbreak, I've started doing laps and exercising on my own. So, with trepidation, I placed an order for these. However, they turned out to be nearly identical to the class ones, with the same level of durability and resistance. I've been getting a lot of use out of them, and I'd buy them again in a heartbeat. I use them almost every other day because the price is so low, and they should last me a long time.
Within days of receiving one of the handles, the foam on one of the handles had split.
These will be fantastic in my water aerobics class. They provide me with the resistance I require when pushing down, as I must contend with water resistance. Others provide more resistance, but as a senior, I find these to be the ideal weight. The resistance is approximately 3 lbs. Some have a resistance of up to 6 pounds. I've been using these three times a week for the past three weeks. I assume they will last because several people in my class have had them for several years. It's particularly important to me because I live in Arizona, where the heat can be particularly oppressive.
, but they're a great price and exactly what they use at the Y for water aerobics. My back and shoulder are both bad, but they don't bother me when I'm in the water. They're also very quick to dry, which is a plus. Excellent value for money!.
