Questions & Answers
For all drills, an 8-foot ceiling is recommended, with the exception of swinging skills, which should have a 10-foot ceiling.
You'll have to purchase it on your own.
It weighs in at 125 pounds. My husband, on the other hand, weighs 205 pounds and the wood bar does not budge when he swings on it. My daughter, who weighs 135 pounds, uses them on a daily basis. The bars are extremely well-made and well worth the investment. I hope this information is useful.
Unfortunately, the answer is no. You will undoubtedly require a mat, which should be at least 4 inches deep. The thin mats should be avoided. It is possible for your child to be injured if they fall off the bar while using a thin mat.

I'm serious. I'm 230 pounds and this thing holds me in place like a champ, so I knew it would be perfect for my two-year-old.
I looked into these a few times, but the price was the deciding factor, so I didn't buy them until recently. I reasoned that I was already shelling out a lot of cash for their gymnastics classes - It's only natural to provide them with something to do at home. This is fantastic - It was very simple to set up, but I have to agree with the previous reviewer - The bars are difficult to move up and down at first, but I used W- to make it easier. 40 in order to loosen it up a little. The bars are very versatile, but if you want the bars to be the farthest apart, the mat should be longer than 8 feet long. Overall, I have two happy gymanasts for the time being.
My eight-year-old was "overjoyed" to get this from "Santa"- It's tough, simple to use, and versatile enough to help her improve her skills. It comes highly recommended!.
I put off writing a review for a while because I was ready to return it the day it was delivered. It was difficult to get used to these bars for the first month. They were initially difficult to adjust up and down, but after some use, they have loosen up to the point where I can adjust them on my own. br>br>I must admit that after 5 months of working with this set, I'm hooked. My preschoolers' bar workouts have been completely transformed thanks to these bars. I can spread them out and work with multiple kids at the same time, or I can set them up as a mini set of uneven bars. As all coaches are aware, a 4-year-old class can have a wide range of heights. I can set one bar to a high level and the other to a low level, allowing all of the students to experience the sense of accomplishment that comes from being able to jump up and grab the bar without making multiple adjustments. My preschoolers are doing fantastically well, and I'm really looking forward to teaching them mini bar routines that they can master! br>br>My only real gripe is that the high bar could be raised another 6 inches or so. My four and five-year-olds are a little too tall for swings and monkey walks. They are extremely stable bars. When the kids are swinging, I haven't had any problems with them trying to lift themselves up. Because I already have several four-foot mats in the gym, the four-foot width is ideal.
I got it - finally! She adores it, and her husband complimented it on its solid construction.
A fantastic item.
This is fantastic. It's long-lasting, simple to put together, and can be used in a variety of ways.
