Perfect Fitness Scale Pro, Black

I bought this scale for my wife and I and I really like it; it works well, is attractive, and has four different user programs. It accurately calculates my body weight and body fat percentage. It was compared to the results of a DEXA body fat analysis. My wife, on the other hand, only has her weight recorded. When she tries to use the BIA function, she always gets an error. It did, however, work at one point. When I contacted customer service, they suggested wetting her feet first to see if it needed more conductivity, but that didn't work. They stated that the batteries were most likely in need of replacement. Even though it worked for me, I decided to do it anyway. I had hoped that this would work for both of us, but it does not. The accompanying app is the most dreadful piece of iOS software I've ever encountered. It would track your progress but not allow you to go back in time; instead, it would display a bar graph; the good news is that it would sync up nicely. However, when we used two iPhones with two different profiles, the problem reappeared. They then updated the app and renamed it on the App Store. This, I believe, was done to eliminate negative feedback. I couldn't find it, even after using the update function, and had to return to the company's website and click on a link to see if it was a new app. This scale is also incompatible with the health kit app for iOS, which would be ideal because the information would be more user-friendly. I've emailed their customer service team a few times and have yet to receive a response. If you only want to use the weight and bia functions, this is a great scale if it fits your needs. It is not cost effective to record and track. I'm not going to buy it again.

While the scale itself is fine, customer service claims that the app that was supposed to come with it is no longer supported by their software. It's a pricey scale that's missing some of the features it was supposed to have. I'm not going to buy anything else from them.

Terrible! Advertising that is deceptive! It claims to work with smart phones, but there is no app for any Android device, making it nothing more than an extremely overpriced scale!.

Do not waste your time; user settings are unresponsive, and there is no app (as advertised) for connecting to a smartphone. Advertising that is deceptive. It's just a simple digital scale with a sleek appearance.
