You should be able to fit it if it is made by Scotty, we use ours only for rods.
I have received all mounting hardware with all Scotty mounts that I have purchased in the past. I have discovered that even though it has always come with mounting hardware, you may want to bring your own just in case. To be absolutely sure, you can check the Scotty website. There is a 1/4-inch diameter ring that can be cut to any length you like. It may be difficult for them to supply hardware for every mounting situation, so they just give you an estimate of the overall As far as screws go, I use stainless steel screws that are 1/4in wide, and I measure the length plus thickness of the mount once I have received it so I know for sure how many screws

Bulky and reinforced by some futuristic plastics of the space age, they look bulky. If you mount them on a kayak with backing plates, however, they are as sturdy as you will ever need them to be. There will be a break in the plastic kayak before you break these. The ones that I have had for years were on older boats. Many of the rod holders are almost 20 years old and are likely to have caught many fish in their lifetimes. I have tried a variety of track mount holders for my kayak and for what I do and the type of fish I target the track mount holders just aren't suitable for me. There is no need to worry about the rod holders for the tracks however as the tracks will fail or the screws will eventually loosen in the track mount. As you can see, I bought two more bases and I just need to find two spots to install them on the Scotty backplates.
The bracket seems to be pretty solid. Those products are awful). A backing plate isn't necessary for mounting on a stand or kayak, but I bought this to mount on my kayak, so it provides some protection and strength. If they were to throw in a backing plate for a complete package at a modest price increase, that would be great.
Could you tell me what I can There's no doubt about it. I love the way this is made and the way it evolves The heavy lifting has begun! This is a SUPER CHEAP PRICE compared with big box stores and other sellers as well! The hardware to attach is not included, but it is a real shame. When it comes to prices. . Scotty rod holders to my YAK so I could move them to different locations or add The SS screws should be used with locking nuts and washers inside to make it stronger. Use washers with nuts inside as well. As well, I use "marine goop" to seal anything I mount on my kayak.
As a result, I was on the lookout for a mounting system for my depth finder that would allow me to move it to multiple locations on the boat and to other boats, e. g. As opposed to needing a depth finder for each of my boats, I could use my depth finder on the deck boat, and jon boat, etc. In addition to the mounting system, there are other accessories. These include cup holders and rod holders that can be attached to Once your accessory is positioned and locked in the mount, it drops down through a notch in the mount. Your accessory can then rotate and lock into the mount in multiple positions. Although I have not tested the mount's strength, it looks like it should be adequate. Having it mounted on my deck boat for more than a year, whether towing it down the road or using it on the water, I am completely satisfied with how it holds my Lowrance depth finder securely.
For such a high price you might expect them to include some stainless steel screws, but they didn't. This is a solid foundation and it will be hard to take it apart easily since everything fits so nicely.
Because you can install these in either vertical or horizontal orientation, depending on where you need your rod holders, I like this feature. The purchase was an excellent purchase for me overall.
The castings were flawless, and they are of excellent quality. I found installing them to be easy. In addition to the backing plates, I purchased them as well. During the installation, I used marine 5200 sealant on the sides of the boat. I could not be more pleased.
The reason I attached this to my kayak is because I cut a piece of the tray off of my kayak so I could fit inside. With a little rope, I attached a drybox to the front of my tray and I can throw it off the front if I need to use the whole Attaching this to my kayak required the use of the following products.
