Selected User Reviews For Saucony Men's Cohesion Tr14 Trail Running Shoe
I work in a machine shop and spend the majority of my shift standing on concrete. My feet have seen more good days than there are ahead of them at this point in my life. So, when it comes to saving my feet from a painful day, I need every advantage I can get. br>br>These shoes are the most comfortable and supportive for my aging, flat feet that I've ever owned. I intend to purchase another pair of these in the near future so that I can rotate in a new pair of replacement shoes every 3 or 4 months (I go through 3 to 4 pairs per year).
- I can't say enough good things about them.
The Saucony Cohesions are a favorite of mine and my brother-in-law. We replace them every year or two, depending on how many miles we put on them while running. The previous pair is assigned to yard work, while the new runners are brand new. I like these sneakers because of the cushioning and support, as well as the neutral stride; they're also inexpensive, so I can replace them frequently and always have a nice new pair for running miles.
Rim, Supai Village/Havasu Falls, and other places, I tried a variety of low-cut hiking shoes before settling on Saucony. After the soles wore out and were no longer suitable for trail running/hiking, I'd wear them as my everyday sneaker. I used to buy the same pair of shoes every time I went shopping. This was the first time I purchased a pair solely for daily use, and I chose a less expensive style. I was not disappointed with the quality, as I had previously tried and returned several other brands.
This is an outstanding shoe. It is extremely light. After a month of constant use, it has so far held up well. My wide foot fits comfortably in the toe box. I would strongly suggest it.
I'm always hesitant to purchase shows from the internet because you never know how well they'll fit. After reading the reviews, I made the decision to buy these. I don't have particularly wide feet, but these shoes are extremely narrow, and the size 11s were nearly half a size too small for me. Putting them on made my feet hurt. Some reviews claim that the toe box is quite large, but this is not the case. They'll be returned to you.
This shoe was purchased in preparation for a trip to Ecuador. It's a nice-looking, comfortable medium-weight shoe with enough cushioning (and a less aggressive lug height) for short street runs/walks and enough support and traction for groomed trails. I've used it for city walking in Quito, day hikes in Cotopaxi (a high altitude volcano), and wetter trails in the Mindo cloud forest, as well as an 8-kilometer trail run with some water traverses - It drained quickly enough, but not as quickly as my dedicated OCR/Spartan shoes. It isn't particularly strong in any one area, but it is a competent all-arounder. rounder. The only disadvantage is that after 30 miles, the sole's toe cap piece begins to separate from the shoe.
Trail running is one of my favorite activities. Every day, I walk 25 miles. There's a good mix of terrain here, including loose sand, gravel, packed dirt, course rock, steep inclines and declines, and about. 50 square meters of asphalt On all of this terrain, these shoes performed admirably for the first three days. On the first day, I set a new personal best on them, which I had not done in three months. In comparison to my previous Saucony road shoes, they have excellent front-foot ventilation. I also like that I haven't had any gravel or debris stuck in the tread after three days of running. So far, I've been satisfied with my purchase. My previous Sauconys lasted about 600 miles before a hole appeared, so I'm expecting the same or better from these.
I've been wearing the brand for years, and they seem to improve with each passing year. Stick with it if you find a shoe that fits perfectly every time.
