No, these aren't particularly heavy. I'm not sure what you mean when you say "abundant travel." These shoes are flexible enough to bend in half if they need to be stuffed in a backpack or duffel bag, whether it's by actual mileage on them or toting with you on a long trip. But I don't see the point, because they're so small that if you stacked one shoe on top of the other, you'd be looking at about 4 inches. in terms of height The soles are the most important part of these shoes, so they might last for a long time, but I'm not sure. They're reasonably priced, so giving them a try is worthwhile; I haven't been disappointed, and these are my first "zero gravity" shoes. It's so relaxing!
Because I don't usually walk natural trails, this is a difficult question for me to answer. They're comfortable, have a natural feel to them, and are great for walking on different surfaces. They are, in my opinion, excellent value for money.
Thank you for your inquiry. The outsole of our trail walking shoes is flexible rubber, while the upper is made of mesh fabric. Because they lack drainage holes, they aren't considered water shoes. However, they are light and airy, making them ideal for the beach.

Update on the Review: I'm going to take a star away from you. br>The soles on both shoes literally split in the same place after only a few months (less than 100 miles). It appears as if a flap has come loose while walking. These were still my favorite trail runners; I just wish they could have lasted a little longer.
- br>Original post: br>These shoes are amazing! Today I ran 4 miles up and down dirt hills and asphalt, and these were perfect; I didn't realize they'd be so "flimsy" (for lack of a better word). I was able to insert my medium-sized shoe despite the fact that it was very light and had no support. With ease, I was able to lift hiking insoles, and the fit was fantastic. It was the first time in a long time that my feet did not tire out at the end of a muddy steep terrain with no slippage. The footprint is both large and stable. This is most likely what a trail-blazing expedition looks like. I've never had the pleasure of experiencing what a runner is supposed to be like. If these continue to hold true, This is a fantastic buy because of the price, fit, and performance.
The material is flawless, the stitching is precise, and the sole grips the ground perfectly. I needed a running shoe and wasn't going to skimp on the price, but after looking through the top-rated shoes, this one stood out. Wow, what a nice shoe right out of the box. When I purchased these about 5 months ago, I was a little skeptical. I live in a city with a lot of nearby forested and hilly hiking, so a trail runner was a must for me. I had passed on several other brands and bought these on the spur of the moment, fully expecting them to be uncomfortable and prepared to return them (as I had done with several other brands of trail runners previously). br>br>I have no idea how I can walk or run in these without getting sore feet, whether in the city or on the trails. After 5, 7, or 9 miles (I did 11 miles in them yesterday, a hiking and city mix), there were no sore feet. They're light and airy, and they don't irritate my inside big toe's blister/callus. The tread is ideal for dirt trails, and the shape is ideal for strolling down the street. br>br>I am a woman who wears a size 9 shoe. The number ten, and the number nine The size 5 is a perfect fit for me. They're fantastic, and I'll be buying more when these run out.
My husband and he are both avid hikers and backpacking partners! He had another pair of hiking boots that were very heavy and chunky, which he despised. I included a photo with my review to demonstrate how light and comfortable these shoes are. . . They are a little dirty because my son just returned from a hiking trip where he had worn them! He claims that they are extremely light and comfortable, and that they are ideal for hiking! The top lace simply tightens without the need to undo any laces! The bottom has a lot of grip, which is great if you want to run up part of the trail! My son is a huge fan of his shoes and gives them five out of five stars.
Update: These shoes aren't at all long-lasting. I had driven less than 30 miles for the previous week. The stitching on one of the side support straps on the heal came undone when it snapped. In addition, the lugged outsole has already begun to show signs of wear in some areas. Ok. I bought these and tried them on for a while. The early signs are promising. They appear to be well-made, light, and extremely comfortable. br>br>I can't recommend these highly enough if you're looking for a less expensive alternative to expensive barefoot style trail shoes. This is a great trail for hiking and intermediate trails. br>br>The upper is made of a stretchy neoprene-like fabric with other materials as inserts. The lacing system worked well, and the main material is light and comfortable. They're the perfect fit. They've been likened to water shoes by a lot of people. The similarities are undeniable, but these are a little more substantial. The lugged rubber outsole is thick and grippy, making it ideal for off-road hikes or runs. I'm not sure how long they'll last, but they seem great so far. The main reason I recommend these for intermediate trails is because they don't provide much in the way of toe support or protection. For those seeking a more barefoot/minimalist approach, the barefoot/minimalist approach is ideal, but for more difficult or longer hikes, I would recommend something more substantial. br>br>Overall, a fantastic barefoot trail shoe at an affordable price.
This pair of shoes is ideal for slipping on and heading outside on my wooded trail paths quickly. They provide ample breathing space for my sweaty feet. These can get muddy and wet, so I rinse them in my laundry tub, hang them up to dry, and they're ready for the next walk. I'm used to shoes with minimal side coverage and a flat bottom because I also do bouldering. These have a lot of teeth, which helps me avoid slipping on slick surfaces like inclines and muddy trenches.
To be honest, I took a chance on these and was rewarded handsomely. I'm 65 and in need of some comfortable walking shoes, but I'm also looking for something a little more stylish that provides some of the other features I require. I'm wearing sneakers/walking shoes that I didn't spend hundreds of dollars on for the first time. These were worn with the sneaker Socks for added comfort, but they do have some padding. They appear to be water shoes, but they are not. All I can say is that they were comfortable, that my feet were not hurting, and that I was happy.
