These are probably found in your search for "cure" if you have a number of foot problems at the same time. As far as I know, I have yet to find a universal cure for foot pain. What I am experiencing is what I can describe as plantar factitious and symptoms at the outside edge of my foot and ankle. In my case, the genesis of my issues comes from a car versus a Whenever this happens, the person loses. My ankle exploded and my leg had a compound fracture. We are in a permanent state of flux. The bone loss and surgeries that led to the shortening of my leg are also to blame. In that case. Wearing lifts and finding good shoes is important to me. The sole inserts help me to keep my shoes in place. It's really hard to walk with an ankle support. Thankfully, I found this one Your foot may be the cause of some of your issues A small amount is found in your ankle and a small amount I have an ankle that goes into shock when stressed or not stretched Spurs, ligaments, tendons become so inflamed that all you can do is take it easy and avoid any strenuous activities. Put common sense to the test. It is for this reason that we have slant pads. As soon as I am in this acute stage, I stand on my knees and gently stretch As soon as you can stretch and calm down this area, everything else will follow. When I need them in the mornings or before going to bed, I use these products. I also get back issues due to the injuries from all my sports. Stretching with these before bed has helped ease the pain as well as getting me The theory and practice behind them - whatever they may be - are worth exploring. As I've adapted them to my situation, I have been able to relieve symptoms when I need it, and it takes a very short amount of time.

Thanks so much for your At one point, my Achilles tendon was so tight that I was in danger of being injured due to weakened ankles
5/5

My bathroom sink has these slants in front of it, and I use them to brush my teeth (one foot on each of the slants). My standing abilities have improved greatly over time at first I was only able to stand for a few seconds, but now, I can stand for the entire amount of time I brush my teeth (2 As a result of this, my Achilles tendon is stretched a lot more. Sturdy and springy, the foam is a great addition to your home. The item has been in my possession for about 2 years.

The building crumbles
3/5

Even though the wedges have a slight slant, every time you touch them, they crumble. There is a fine, black dust left behind, which soils the carpets and makes the floors look Small as I am, it's hard for me to believe how fragile these things There is a lot of mess they make.

The impact of my injury has severely damaged my body and I must rehab at home pretty much every day
5/5

Taking care of my Achilles tendons requires me to buy this. The impact of my injury has severely damaged my body and I must rehab at home pretty much every day. This product is great for those of us who like to have a spare if the first one wears out. It comes with two in the package. Though, do not let your cats take advantage of them, as they are great scratching materials. An innovative foam product that is both durable and comfortable.

Despite scrubbing this thing and shaking it, there was still black debris shedding
3/5

It didn't matter how often I shook it or vacuumed it, it kept doing the same thing everywhere. It would not be recommended.

You can stretch your calf muscles as well as your lower leg with this
5/5

This stretch was one of the exercises I was taught after back surgery to use a slant board for. Running with both my feet flat on the ground, this is how I usually stretched my lower legs afterward. The PT therapist I went to had a slant board, and I knew just how beneficial it can be to use a slant board rather than what I had been doing previously. My husband and I have been wanting to buy one of these, but I just cannot afford the wooden ones. I came across this product while browsing Amazon and decided to give it a shot, since the price was right and the product sounded interesting. Simply stated, it is an excellent slant board for stretching your lower legs. it is only a black foam slab cut on a bias, but it still supports my body very well and does not break or become misshapen with time. believe this product will be durable, and I would not be surprised if it lasted at least a few years. I use one of the two boards offered by this product, yet you get two when you buy this product. As it appears in the picture, this product is a little narrower than it really is. The slant board, which I place about 2 feet from the wall, is placed as close as possible, both feet placed on the board, and I stretch my lower leg using the wall as support. Three times a day, I do thirty seconds apiece. Adding to the convenience, this product is easy to store and You should strongly consider this product if you are a runner or need physical therapy that involves this stretch. This is an example of when less expensive is As far as current day implementation goes, I am not sure if this will hold up Both during the day and at night I don't know about use in a commercial setting like a physical therapist's office, but for an individual or family, this product is excellent and the price is very reasonable. *There are no instructions, and I do not know if it has any other uses other than these. Storage is an issue you may have to consider if you live in a small apartment. You may find it useful for its intended purpose if you have the space to store it after each use. This is a highly recommended book.

Having a problem with your calf muscles? I am sending this to you
5/5

A slant board is a good choice if you have tight calves. While I do think the price for carved foam triangles that help stretch your hamstrings is rather high, I believe they will be invaluable if you are looking for some serious stretching. You do have to get used to them after a while. As for standing on it, it's not the most pleasant experience. In spite of that, if you have tight calves and hamstrings, this should get you loose. This is something physical therapists use. That way you can be sure they are.

This is a great stretch for the calf! A physical therapist recommended these to me (not the type of product but the brand if you can imagine)
4/5

Based on other reviews, I chose these shoes because I thought they were the strongest. The height is perfect for a stretchy fit, they are soft, and I like that both feet fit the same angle. I only have one complaint -- after standing on them only for 30 seconds, my feet left a permanent imprint (I weigh 112 lbs and am 5'1" tall). Initially, I was hoping these would be a little higher quality but am still planning to use them and see how they hold up.
