It does, in fact, have safety stoppers on both ends.
On the stopper, there appears to be a screw hole that is covered by a rubber foot.

I bought this to use at my home work station while teleworking. While I'm wobbling around as if electrocuted or simply spasming in an attempt to stay upright, it really shines a light on all those little muscles in my legs, feet, and even torso. It's accomplishing what I set out to do as a trainer. The board is well-built, and the anti-slip surface is effective. traction on the slide- When I'm wearing socks, I have sandpaper under my feet to keep me in place. It appears that the roller is moving. Physics dictates that it rolls faster on a wood floor than it does on a rug or carpet. More speed equals less resistance. br>My balance is the only thing that could be better with this product. And, as I use this more frequently, that will most likely happen soon.
After a few days of using it, my daughter had mastered a variety of balance moves and began to perform 180s (spinning the board from one direction to face the opposite direction), as seen on YouTube. It's the roller that's causing the issue. The felt/fabric is being shredded by the board's rough patch in the middle; I wasn't expecting the roller to be of such poor quality, as the board itself is excellent (except for the rubber covers that cover the bumper screws).
If you are a beginner, it is difficult to use for squats. It's entertaining to play with and provides a good core and leg workout. However, because I'm not in great shape, it could just be a workout for me. Within the first few uses, some of the rubber pads on the bottom began to fall off.
Excellent craftsmanship. If you take it slowly, you'll find it's not difficult to learn. It's entertaining to work with. Great price for a high-quality product, and I really like the grip surface. In socks or shoes, it's simple to wear. If you have hard floors, you should use a yoga mat.
It's a lot of fun to use this board. I bought it to help me improve my balance and strengthen my feet, and I've noticed some progress (though only on occasion). It's much larger and heavier than I anticipated, which is a good thing because it means it'll last a long time. The only drawback is that one of the board's rubber feet has torn off; this could be improved!.
It enticed the entire family to give it a go. It's fun. We began on the shag rug to reduce the chances of our parents tripping and breaking their hips. If I'm feeling guilty about watching too much TV, I simply stand up on this and feel less like a slacker.
This is exactly what I was looking for to get my balance in shape for the upcoming ski season without breaking the bank. It's built very well and does exactly what I need it to.
This thing is a hit with my rambunctious 10-year-old. We'll use it while playing video games, watching television, or simply when he can't sit still. br>It's been tried by the entire family, and it's powerful enough to support everyone.
