The pandemic has altered how quickly things arrive. I doubt I'll ever see my package, but if it does, it'll be free. When I've waited for three months and still haven't received it, it should be free. But at the very least, I'm getting a refund, which is nice. thanks.

I'm not sure what the difference is in the smell

I ordered two in January, and the scent is unusual, reminding me of shoe polish or wax. I don't feel comfortable giving them to my bunnies because they are such a waste of money. br>br>Recent changes: br>br> br>I recently purchased one of these at a store, and it smelled exactly as it should. I believe the ones I got were either improperly stored or had gone bad. Bummer!.

It easily tears apart, is loosely woven, and isn't really a mat

This mat is a layer of loosely woven hay that your pet can chew apart in a matter of days, so don't buy it thinking it'll take months for your pet to chew apart.

Hay that appears to be new but does not stay together

The bunnies seem to enjoy them, but only a small portion of each mat is consumed. My issue with these mats is that when the buns chew on any side of the mat, it simply falls apart, creating a huge mess that I eventually throw away because they don't eat the hay very well.
